I have never actually done a review on any product before, but I felt I needed to do a review on this. This couch was definitely a good buy, I was hesitant to buy something like this online without being able to sit in it first, and it honestly sat on one of my lists for a few months before I pulled the trigger and bought it. I’ll admit I wasn’t very happy with the shipping company they used. They called the day before and asked me to pick a time slot from 3 different 3 hour time slots, I chose 2-5 so I didn’t have to miss half a day of work. Luckily my wife was home when they arrived at 12:30 or I would have had to reschedule and miss more work. However, they did drop all 3 boxes off in my garage, which was nice and outside of what was required of them, but, it was the least they could do after coming so early. This is outside of Valencia’s control so I can’t be upset with them. When I arrived home from work to bring the boxes inside, I quickly realized that only the middle seat box was going to make it through my door so I had to unbox them in my garage. The seats were all packaged very well, the backs laid flat across the chair, the boxes were not cheap and flimsy, everything was packed nice and tight, no loose pieces flopping around. It actually took longer to unbox each seat than it did to bring them all in the house and put them together (Each seat comes with an instruction manual that’s next to useless, but each box had a QR code to scan which takes you to a must watch video that makes assembly a breeze). It took 40 minutes to unbox it all and to bring inside, 10 minutes to put it together. The couch itself is overall comfortable, my wife loves it, but it’s a little firm for my liking, I like to sink into a couch. However, it’s still only 4 days old at the time of writing this review and I’m hopeful that a month or 2 will break it in a bit and it will become more comfortable. I do however, really like the fact that it has adjustable lumbar support, I must have missed that in the product description, I have some back issues and that adjustable lumbar support is a game changer. One thing to note, though, is the trays tables you see in the pictures are not included, but rather, a separate purchase. I was a little disappointed by that but that’s on me for assuming they were included. All-in-all, this was a great purchase, it’s clear the moment you touch and examine the material that Valencia makes very high quality product at an affordable rate. Definitely made my wife happy, I’ll update in a month or so and let you know if it breaks in enough for my picky self.

I love this recliner! It is very comfortable, and the setup is great. It has many fantastic features, such as removable tables. The middle chair can be used as either a recliner or an extra tray and cup holder area, and it also comes with a hidden power outlet. The LED lighting makes the couch stand out in the dark. The setup was easy, and the overall quality is impressive. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

All the positive reviews are what ultimately convinced me to pull the trigger on this couch and loveseat set. The reviews are well earned. Yes they are not cheap but....after researching for literally months and seeing such mixed reviews on other brands I decided to take a chance and spend the money. The old saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. First the ordering experience through Amazon was seemless. I was contacted very promptly by Valencia who walked me through the entire shipping and delivery process. They answered all my questions and everything went just as they described. I was notified when the product shipped from the warehouse which is coast to coast delivery in my case. The product arrived at the local delivery service on time and i was contacted to set up my delivery time. I was given a time slot on the day I selected and the team showed up on-time. They were extememly professional and my product arrived without any damage. The set up was fairly straight forward allthough the boxes are not light so I highly recommend having at least 2 adults that have a bit of sttrength to get these set up. The furniture is so much nicer in real life than in the photos. They are extremly comfortable even now and assume they will be even more comfortable when they get some use. The quality is evedent right out of the box. We'll see how they hold up with time but for now we are so very pleased with our purchase.

Seating showed up well-packed in three big boxes on two pallets. Was able to use hand truck to bring them in (had to remove door to get two boxes in). Setup was fairly easy, didn't even have to watch the video referenced in instruction booklet's QR code. Seats are comfy, recline and lights work great. One of the cupholders has some light scratches, but it's not a huge deal. Definitely recommend.

We recently redid our theater room and wanted to go all out on new seating. This is a huge upgrade from our previous recliners! There are a few different companies who make similar seating but I chose these for the electric lumbar support and because they are wide enough for the kids to share seats with us. The leather quality is excellent and it looks great in the room. The end tables are sturdy enough for a keyboard and mouse and they swivel nicely out of the way when not in use. Delivery was simple and they were shipped much quicker than expected. No complaints. If you have the space and the budget, these seats won’t disappoint you.
