Easy to assemble, even includes a tool bag. Fired up on first try. Works great. A little on the loud side. You would not want to put this outside your bedroom window and try to sleep. Remote start works great. Nice feature. This unit is considered portable, has wheels and a pull bar but it is heavy. There is no way my wife would be able to pull it on her own. I ordered this generator on 2/11/26 and received it on 2/12/26. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received it. I haven't used this generator yet, but out of the box, I'm very impressed!! It is made extremely well with heavy duty materials. It was super easy to put together. There are so many options on the side of the generator to plug things into. There is a fold away arm that is used to move the generator around. It makes moving the generator with ease. I like the fact that it came with a funnel and the oil needed to operate it. I can't wait to try out the electric start and remote start options on this model. I also like the fact that you have three different fuel options to use to run this generator. Well packed in stout cardboard structure, thankfully no styrofoam and minimal plastic bags holding screws and few parts,easy to unpack. Incredibly, it comes with a bottle of oil and the perfect funnel to fill crankcase. Comes with two quality made open end wrenches that facilitate mounting of the front stabilizer feet. What I did was slice the four corners of the cardboard box and peel them down to floor, this gives you full access . left genny as she came on the card board base . Lifted with the factory intact handle the front end, placed two 4x4 blocks under side frame rails at about halfway. This affords requisite elevation so you can easily mount front feet and then easily mount the very nice wheels. Also it comes with a the correct propane whip with the regulators intact. Also comes with a trickle charger for battery. Comes with remote start and stop, though I may not need this due to configuration of my system. Took blocks out, Put oil in to proper level. Fired it up , shut down, checked oil,, no leaks. Fired it up, plugged in equipment, flipped power feed switch on , it ran perfect, shut down, put it on charger. I am totally impressed! My hat is off to the team that put it all together from design on ! ... show more

Very happy with this generator so far. It came very well packaged and it was really easy to setup. Everything on it looks and feels high quality. It started right up at the first try. I bought this generator specifically for the tri-fuel capability, the power and the low THD to safely run everything. I hope we never have to use it in an emergency, but we now have peace of mind that we’ll be able to run our pool pump, refrigerator, TV, microwave and maybe even an AC if we ever have to. ... show more

This generator is a beast!!! It runs on propane, natural gas, and gasoline. Gasoline gives it the peak wattage, and it is very capable!!! I actually run a millermatic multi process welding machine on it, and it doesn’t skip a beat!!! It has a handle that can be extended so you can pull it with ease, and the handle can be folded back down to simplify storage. It’s very easy to use, and can be picked up with two people! I have had it for quite some time now, and it has not let me down by any means! During the freeze this winter, we lost power in my double wide trailer, and this generator ran the whole house! It has a 9.5 gallon tank too, so you get a pretty long run time out of one tank of gas!!! I take this generator on every job I go to, and it handles everything I throw at it!!!! This is one strong and durable machine, and I’m glad I did my research on it!!!! ... show more

This generator arrived in good condition and didn't take much to get up and running. After attaching the wheels and feet, connecting the battery and adding oil and a gallon or so of gasoline I hit the button. The ambient temperature was around 20°F and she started right up! I ran a couple of shop vacs for about 15 minutes with no trouble at all. If this 11.5kW unit is as loud as my old 5kW Powermate, it is only just. It may even be quieter. Just a few concerns: 1) most of the more-difficult-to-reach muffler heat shield bolts were visibly loose. 2) I measured only 12.7V at the battery with the engine running. I'll have to look into whether this is normal. Having an automotive background I would expect closer to 14V. 3) The manual states "when battery power is available...the LED around the engine start/stop button will illuminate solid green." I’ve been extremely happy with this generator. It was very easy to set up and operate right out of the box. One of the biggest advantages is the tri-fuel capability. I connected mine directly to my home’s natural gas line, but I also tested it on gasoline and it started right up without any issues. Having the flexibility to run on natural gas, propane, or gasoline makes it incredibly convenient and reassuring during outages. The generator produces plenty of power. Great product. Easy to assemble and setup. Heavy, but relatively easy to move around with the folding handle for leverage. Powered everything I needed it to during the last storm. The three fuel options make things convenient.
