My baby is an 10-11lb yorkie mix and he LOVES these kinds of beds. I got him the 24” one because I read it was kinda small. he fits in this one great I think even the 20” would be fine but he’s got stretching room lol. The only thing I can really say would make it better is if the outer part of the bed was a bit fluffier. Just so it hugs him better but that’s a minor fix (and we just opened it so it might take better shape later) he loves the bed regardless and started rolling around in it as soon as I opened it! as well as not wanting to leave it now that he’s fluffed it to his liking.

My dog loved this bed and was so comfortable in it however, she chewed it up and ingested some of the fibers and was sick for days. We did end up returning it but I will say if your dog isn't a chewer this is a great comfortable bed for a great price.

First, our dog loves this - settled in right away, and sleeps there all night. It is fluffy and nicely padded. We can't speak to cleaning, care, and durability, since we just got it. But, we can talk about size: we had a problem with sizing. Using the dog's weight as a measure doesn't make sense. It is the length of your dog, rump to shoulders, that is more relevant. Our Havanese weighs 15 lbs, so we ordered the 24" x 24" per the guide. We wanted a size that would encourage him to sleep with his head on the rim, elevated so as to help with snoring. But the 24" was just too small for him to really settle in (2nd picture), though he slept in it happily anyway. We then ordered the 27", and set them both out, and although he moved back and forth through the night, he spent more time in the 27", and, more importantly, he fit better (3rd picture) and could stretch out if desired (1st picture) but continues to use the edge as a headrest. For calibration, our little guy is 16" from rump to shoulder, which seems to fit the 27" bed better. The interior of the 27" bed is about 16" long (when in a slight oval shape, which occurs naturally). The interior of the 24" is perhaps an inch shorter, but overall seems much more so. Hope this helps you pick the right size. It really is a great little bed.
