Fits great, and adds nice padding to the leather Klein belt. My only issue is with the snaps. With the weight of tools they unsnap easily. I wish they were more per manifest attached, but I get why they did what they did.

I was on the fence for a while about buying this belt pad and I finally pulled the trigger. I was using the Klein Tools heavy duty leather belt on its own, but I found that some days, when I carry more than my usual load, I'd feel it in my back and the belt would sometimes dig into my sides. I like keeping things consistent when it comes to my tools, and this was no exception, so I opted for the Klein Tools leather belt pad. Right off the bat, the pad is super comfortable and I'm sure after, a proper break-in, it will be even better. I'm glad I went with the 30". I'm a size 32"-34" waist and this fits perfect. I also like the snaps that allow me to attach/remove the belt pad without having to take everything off the belt. It's also not as bulky as I was expecting, which is a plus for me. Time will only tell with how well this belt pad will hold up, but the general consensus seems to be that it'll last my career. I would expect nothing less from Klein Tools.

the button on the right side sheered off tho. haven't found a way to affix the leather strap back without sewing . tried to rivet it but failed. the padding is super thick

This is a great addition to any ironworker’s tool belt. It’ll save your back, and I couldn’t recommend it any higher. An old timer I work with has one, and he set me after one. His is dated 1982. So you know it’ll last.

The buttons pop off with the slightest amount of pull in any direction. I would only buy this if you are using it as a halloween costume.
