I'm satisfied with my purchase, but imo, you should size down. This material will stretch as you wear it. I am 5'2", 220 pounds. I typically wear a size 16/XXL. I bought this in a size XL because I wanted it to really squeeze me. It was difficult to put it on at first, but just suck in your gut and do it. Once on, it is very comfortable. I've been wearing it for 18 hours, no problem. I'm even able to tighten it all the way to the last row of hooks. I am obsessed! It's important to find the right size so no fat is hanging over the back. I weigh 95lbs and 5'5 and my size was small. If you want a good look don't wear a bra just let your breasts hand over the trainer for a natural look. Very comfortable.
