I'm satisfied with my purchase, but imo, you should size down. This material will stretch as you wear it. I am 5'2", 220 pounds. I typically wear a size 16/XXL. I bought this in a size XL because I wanted it to really squeeze me. It was difficult to put it on at first, but just suck in your gut and do it. Once on, it is very comfortable. I've been wearing it for 18 hours, no problem. I'm even able to tighten it all the way to the last row of hooks. A part of me is considering buying it a size smaller to really feel that squeeze.

The media could not be loaded. The only reason I’m keeping this one is because I think it will be good to sleep in when I am on my cycle as I normally wear a heavier duty one to help with cramp pains this ones seems like a better option for over night wear. The compression is LIGHT I mean I’ve worn tighter clothes than this waist trainer. Smooths me out but I could wear a compression tank top and get a smoother look under clothes. 5’7 fluctuate 180-190lb wear a M/L in clothes trainer a size M.

When I say I have bought SO MANY body shaping, waist training, belly hiding products, I mean it! I legit have a drawer for them! I carry weight in my belly and like have a bit of hold in the midsection but I am not going to for go comfort. I will not wear it, I will remove it in the bathroom or somewhere as discrete as possible and pack in my bag or throw it out right there if its uncomfortable haha I will say this runs a bit small for what I am used to but I still would buy a medium if I were buy it again. It is not most quality item but the stretch.... you can move and breath and most of all you can sit. There is a bit a of adjusting you have to do at time but that's acceptable. I wore this for 12 hours the other day, while working a manual labor job trimming trees then driving 3 hours then went out for dinner before I was able to change. I for sure recommend this. If you want snatch I would size down but just know it will be small! It was hard to fasten the first time but after I wore it a couple of times it got easier to put on. I will buy this again!
