Very powerful gets the job done

For the price you absolutely cannot beat this tool. I have only used it five times so I can’t say much for the long-term durability but the times that I have used it it performs flawlessly and gets the job done with ease rarely do I have to even turn it up to a full six speed because it’s plenty powerful enough even at the lower speeds I’ve mainly used it for special cuts on trim one by fours things of that nature and it has absolutely no trouble with that the blade that it comes with is not the most high-quality blade, but it works plenty fun if you wanted to really step it up, you can always purchase a slightly More quality blade, but I don’t believe that that’s a necessity. I think a lot of times people will write off brands like when that are not as reputable per se as things like Dewalt and Milwaukee but if you’re a homeowner and you’re not gonna be using this thing every single day put a beat on it I think that this is a great tool and save yourself the money And go with this one.

Good quality & features for the price

I purchased this brand in part because of a previous purchase of a WEN portable band saw which has made my life easier and impressed me greatly. I have only used this oscillating tool a few times, and didn't want to break the bank on a tool I seldom used. Once as a trim saw, which functioned great. The blade included had fine teeth. For my use a coarser blade probably would have worked better. The blade became very hot during use as a plunge cutting tool in plywood. I used s lower speed once I realized this. I also used it a few times as a sander. Although the tool is a handy and compact size for that, I was a bit disappointed with how quickly the sand paper loaded up and became ineffective. Could just be the brand of sanding pads I purchased. My initial concern with the tool's longevity regarding the plastic lever that operates the pad/blade quick release was probably not a concern after all. There isn't much effort to move the lever, so the plastic lever is probably going to last as long as the rest of the tool. Well engineered plastics are used in all sorts of high strength applications including vehicles and firearms. The entire body of most power-tools are now built of plastic.As is this tool, except for the gear housing which is aluminum alloy. If you want one of these tools, be sure to compare the features like variable speed and quick release blade. Some tools have one set speed or require a small wrench to remove or attach the blade. Neither is acceptable for me. This tool's features compete well with other brands costing 3 times as much. It is a bargain.

Oscillating Marvel

This device was absolutely a beast! I complete the work very easily. I realized I will need truly different blades and I bought those already. It didn't come with the handle but I had one that fit perfectly on it. I had to work continuously so I was worried about overheating. That didn't happy. Basically is a really good design and I think it will last a lot in my hands. Excellent value for my money! It fit for the job amazingly. I saved a lot of time! Just make sure to buy a good set of blades (I recommend japanese design blade teeth) so you can feel how this machine can take the load easily, increasing profitability by time saving. From cutting pipe, MDF holes with finish grade perfectly done I am really satisfied. I RECOMMEND IT!

This little thing kicks butt. Been wanting an oscillating tool for a while now - decided to enter the market with a cheaper one. I haven't used it a ton, but I've cut out some sections of flooring and drywall and it has worked great. The tools it comes with are a bit cheap, but they do work well enough. If you're on the fence about this tool, I would recommend it.

I finally got to a job where I needed an oscillating tool but I was hesitant because the big names in power tools want a lot for them. This was substantially less expensive, so I took a chance on it. I'm not disappointed. The blades attach quickly and securely and the tool puts its muscle where the work is instead of vibrating your hand uncomfortably. Overall the quality of construction is comparable to that of more expensive tools, and it gets the job done.

Just the right tool

I remember when these things first came out. I was not impressed. I never thought I'd buy one. Never that is, until I needed it for a specific task for which it was made. This is not a heavy duty tool like an angle grinder. It seems to be just a step below. So if you intend to use something like this on a continual basis, then look for something built like an angle grinder. But if it's once in a while, this will be fine. It comes with the cutting attachment, as well as a triangular sanding head and a couple of hook and loop pads which seems like it could be pretty useful. There's also a scraper type attachment. It all stows together in a bag which just fits it all. The best feature however, is the quick release lever used to change out attachments. It's well made, and locks down securely. I'm glad I bought this. It wasn't real expensive, and with Prime delivery, I had it in a few days. Definitely worth it.
