    • Ran For 4 Days Straight NO Problem!
I bought this about 2 years ago and it still runs like new! I live in Texas and the hurricane knocked out power to the house for a week and had this thing running for over 4 days straight without shutting it off with absolutely no problems! I would just fill it up with gas after it got low. After the 4 days, I turned it off for about 4 hours and then tried to run it again just to make sure it was okay. It started RIGHT up first try, no problem! This thing also ran 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, a 75 gallon saltwater aquarium with all the bells and whistles, a 75" TV, a window AC unit, extention cords charging all the phones and fans, PLUS an electric chainsaw to cut up the trees that fell in the driveway! With absolutely NO PROBLEMS! That's impressive! I would definitely recommend this thing to anyone and everyone. In fact I bought another one (bigger one) just to have as back up. ... show more

    • Good quality for the price
This generator was the first WEN product I ever heard of so I was nervous about the quality. At the time (3 years ago) I desperately needed a generator as the weather in the south is somewhat unpredictable at times. So far this thing has held up great! Every time I’ve had to use it, it only takes 1-2 pulls to get it started from cold. I’ve had a refrigerator and full size freezer hooked up to this without hearing it drag down. We have run it for 11 hours straight. The only down sides to this are it is heavy (it’s a generator), buy the wheel kit. It’s sounds the same as a lawn mower, standard small engine. If you can get the dual fuel version, do so that way if you can’t get gas you can probably still get propane. ... show more

Have used the generator twice now and the last time was almost continuously for 72 hours. We gave it a short break here and there but I put around 65 hours on it with the last outage. It started up immediately and ran like a champ. It is loud but it’s a generator, not much you can do in this price range with this much output. Ran my fridge, portable AC, Internet and tv, and charged up things for us simultaneously. It saved us a lot of money in spoiled food and our sanity. It was able to run 10 hours without having to refuel at night which was really nice. If it dies I’d buy another in a heartbeat! ... show more
