  • Decent 80T
Style: Standard Pattern Name: Saw Blade
It isn't a diablo, but its less than half the price and cuts clean. After about 80 cuts of 8mm hard laminate I could detect whiffs of smoke. But no change in the cut at this point. My blade was slightly bent out of the packaging (bubble envelope) which royally stinks I had to stick it in a vise and use a couple of crecent wrenches to apply pressure at the right points. It didn't self destruct. I would have returned it but time was a factor. Still better than the cheap offering at the big orange store. ... show more

  • Impressive performance for the price
Style: Standard Pattern Name: Saw Blade
Using on a 12" Hitachi chop saw primarily cutting treated 4 X 4's. Cuts like butter...no bind/no burn. Thought I'd have to spend more to get quality cuts, glad I gave this one a chance! Amazon choice indeed.

  • Nice budget blade
Style: Standard Pattern Name: Saw Blade
I needed something with a more fine cut to install some flooring and I didn’t want to spend $70 on a blade. Found this and took the risk. It did excellent. Not sure how many cuts I did (probably around 125-150) but the last was as clean as the first. It’ll stay on my saw for a while for general purpose. ... show more

I used this to cut pine to make picture frames. Every cut was clean and sharp.

  • So far it’s excellent
Style: Standard Pattern Name: Saw Blade
I was skeptical as I’ve been using mitre saws for 30 years. Blades usually cost 3-5 times this. But I’ve used it on spruce 2x4’s for a good 200 cuts now and it’s just fine. I still wonder how It will hold up when I cut hardwoods or anything that makes real heat. Blade feels thin to me but it’s a thin kurf cut. There’s not much beef behind the carbide shoulders, but it’s inexpensive. I’m going to order a few more for the money. ... show more

  • Remarkable fit, finish, sharpness and cut quality
Style: Standard Pattern Name: Saw Blade
I have a Bosch GCM12SD sliding compound miter saw and it's an awesome piece of wood working machinery. But no matter how good your saw may be, it's worthless, dangerous or both with a bad blade. As my grandfather told me long ago "once you see the magic smoke appear from a saw blade, get rid of it immediately". I've owned really expensive blades, most notably Forrest along with "lesser" brands like Amana, Freud etc. Forrest is all marketing BS but that's a topic for a different review. The only advantage to those high blades is you can get them sharpened a few times. But for $100 - $200 for the blades plus $25 to sharpen plus screwing around with the actual sharpening process, where is the advantage over a $25 blade that you can simply recycle and install a new one? And there is NO point to getting a $25 blade sharpened for $25. I used this Wen blade to true up an end edge on the 16 inch wide x 1.25 inch thick granadillo live edge slab you see in the photo. Granadillo is a central American hardwood that has become a replacement for Brazilian Rosewood which became illegal to export about 25 years ago. It's tough stuff but I had no issues, no "magic smoke", and a clean edge cut, all good. I've used this Wen blade to cut curly maple, rock maple, oak, the granadillo I just mentioned and to install 400 lineal feet of baseboard trim - both pine and ash. It cuts smoothly, leaves a nice finish, no burning, smoking, blade marks or other anomalies. Hope that helps! ... show more
