Check your arbor size and make sure what you want to buy is the same size. I didn’t. The blade works great very happy with it. Cuts smooth and quite. The blades quality made. Works fine with both hard wood and soft wood as well.

This isn't the top of the line, but for what I need, this is working perfectly. Seems to be very durable and the blade is sharp. Time will tell on how it holds up, but for now, I recommend this for cutting soft and hardwood. Cut through my Purple Heat with no problems.

    • Not for trim cuts, good for all other applications.
This blade is a great weekend warrior. It doesn't have enough teeth to do trim cuts but all of your building wood will be exact and clear of splinters. I have only done about 100 cuts with it but im still not seeing a change in the sharpness. Great blade for the price.

WEN has been around a very long time. I know that their products have high approval ratings. So, when I was recently given a 12" miter saw, I needed a good blade. There is always some doubt about whether or not the blade will arrive undamaged. Well, fear no more. WEN cares enough to spec that the carbide teeth be wrapped with a vinyl cover. Once this is done, they pack and ship the blades in a cardboard box. There is virtually zero chance of shipping damage. Excellent. The blade itself, is made in Thailand, which was a relief as their manufacturing and material standards are higher than a certain "other" Asian nation. Even though this blade has only 48 teeth, it produces a very smooth cut in hemlock/fir lumber. Thus, it is good for virtually all general construction purposes and might even cut hardwood acceptably smoothly. The teeth are extremely sharp and the blade has no detectable lateral runout. Being carbide, it will last me the rest of my life. Simple excellent and, I PAID MY OWN MONEY. Glad I did. ... show more

    • Cut way better than the Dewalt or Craftsman ones I had before.
I took a chance on these after seeing what blades cost at the big box stores these days. I was absolutely blown away with how sharp these were. I purchased one for my 12 inch miter saw and one for my 10 inch table saw and they both work great without putting a load on my Motors.
