I'm bought this blade as part of a two blade set, a 40T and a 60T, I'm using light cedar to trim out a cabin. The 40T arrived first, for some reason, I put it on the saw (a new Metabo 10" compound miter), it cuts fine, seems to run true. But, so far, every compound angle cut has black paint smeared across it; at first I thought there was some burning going on, although I couldn't smell that. I was cutting 1/2" thick cedar, a soft wood, almost no load on the saw. Anyway, I don't like the black paint smeared on the ends of the cuts. ... show more

Surprisingly Nice Cutting Blade. Purchased this Blade with the Need being Ripping Boards, Cross Cutting Boards (1"x, 2"x) this Blade Performed Surprisingly Well. The Blade is thin and is Balanced, unlike a Carbide Tooth Blade I had Purchased from a Box Store, which could not be Used due to the Vibrations. No Word yet on Longevity, though for $10, a Customer could easily Purchase 2 x .... Wen Products are often Surprisingly Good Quality, which is why this Item was Purchased instead of One of the Generic Named Blades from Amazon. For $10, Most People could not Drive to the Store and Spend the Time, Searching for a Blade, let alone Leave the Store with a Blade and of Course Return Home.....
