I'll start off by saying I absolutely love purple. So, to me this shade of purple is gorgeous. If you want an idea of the kind of purple. If you ever watch barney the dinosaur, it is that color with a matte feeling thay gives it a nice almost metallic looking shine. Also, it bugs me when people make reviews on cases and don't take a photo of the phone IN the case, but just the case itself (or none at all). The case itself is solid and light, so it doesn't add alot of weight or thickness to the note 20. It is raised on the bottom and top of the front half. If you place your phone face down on tables rest assured it has a slim gap keeping the table from touching your precious screen. Same goes for the camera bump, as the case in the back is raised and deepen to protect the lens. It isn't a issue for me as I have tempered glass on the bump and a screen protector. My main case is an aluminum hard shell LoveMei case. I always go for this case and trust it 100% to protect my phones, but the thing is many phone holders don't extend far enough for its thickness, which is why I buy a secondary hat is more thin and lighter ( give my device more outfits to wear). Now, here is the "eh, but.." I would say that I am not so confident in this case locking mechanism of the 3 peice plastic hard case. "What do you mean by that?" You may ask, it doesn't feel strong and secure to me when connecting the two pieces together. If it gave a solid "snap!", maybe it won't of been a passing thought. Since it doesn't, I have a feeling that from a big drop the top peices would possibly fly off, along with my S pen -- which it does offen if you ever dropped a note phone before. That is another concern from me about the case, the fact this case has the S pen port exposed. Not satisfactory. But i was okay with that when I purchased it. As long as it protects my phone, doesn't bulk it too much to manage to fit a phone holder in the temporary time I need to swap it out from my main aluminum LoveMei hard case, I don't mind. It's a good case. It feels solid, no flex, very beautiful color. A decent PHC case to ease my mind when it's out of its main battle armor. So, the "eh, but.." points won't cause me to remove any stars. But if I feel like it's needed I will make an follow up review on its overall durability. ... show more

My last case lasted a good 3 years. I love the color. It protects the phone very well. After years of use, and many drops, it finally finished my case on the last drop and I had to buy another. My phone has never broken or cracked the screen, even with the abuse from repeat drops. It works well with my screen protector and the buttons are easy to push. Bought this in 2023. It has lasted me until 2025 after MANY drops onto hard floors and other surfaces. This last one fell really hard, broke the corner of the case, but my phone is still in great condition. Buying my second now.

I have been using a case identical to this one for the past two years. Really the same case but a different seller. A few weeks ago, my phone slipped out of my hand and dropped four feet onto concrete. When it hit the concrete, I heard a "breaking" noise. I thought that my Note 20 Ultra was shattered. However, what happened was that when the case hit the concrete, the case split apart. It must have hit at the perfect angle/speed on its corner causing the case to separate. In the end, my Note 20 Ultra survived that fall without any damage or scratches. Whew!!. I decided to get this new case (same style as before) since the first worked so well. But this time, what I did is put small slithers of clear tape on each side of the case. This will protect it from splitting apart if it falls again. Overall, a very good case. Fits perfects. All openings/buttons line up perfectly. BTW: Really love that soft liner that's on the inside. ... show more

Within a week of use the color started peeling off and it has continued to bubble and peel w use. Corners are now white along w any area that has been nicked or dropped

    • Efficient But DIFFICULT

This system definitely protects the curved edge screen and phone body. Problem is that it accumulates all kinds of particles inside the case. The access cutouts leave tiny spaces between the device and case. Removing the case to clean is quite difficult. I had to use a knife to PRY the two pieces apart for cleaning. That meant it was nasty and embarrassing much of the time. I didn't want anyone to see my phone. I couldn't show photos or share the screen. Last time I removed it, I couldn't stand the literal debris trapped inside. When I tried to remove the case, using a small knife it ruined the case completely. I've been using it unprotected which is quite against my normal standard. I'm going to find something different and make sure I read reviews 1st. Again, efficient but DIFFICULT. I wish I would have used a another device to take pictures of how filthy it was before I ruined it to clean. ... show more
