It says they are real leather and they are not, however.... they are very comfortable and light weight, I ordered a half size bigger so I could wear them with socks, but sill a little snug. Im sure they will stretch out some after some wear, the only thing I was upset about was the fact that they are not real leather other than that im happy with my purchase. .update THESE ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES IVE EVER OWNED no blisters or hard break in, they were perfect right from the start.
