Finally after years of searching. I small food for our little man. He is literally TINY and has zero teeth. He can eat with no problems, when I say they are small, they are SMALL! He doesn’t look like he’s having a rough time gumming down some food. (he loves kibble, even without teeth, but the struggle can be real!) he gets so excited to have them for dinner, and looks so proud and confident when eating! I have a 4 lb Yorkie that cannot digest regular dry food because the pieces are to big for her to digest and leave her stomach. This brand has a toy breed choice that my dog loves and is easy for her to diggest as the pieces are so small.

    • A nice food but recently gave my Pomeranian loose stool

We have used this food for awhile and its easy for my dogs to eat which is a nice positive. Recently though one of our Pomeranians gets loose stool easily when fed a single and I think its due to this food because since switching this has stopped. I don’t know if its the food 100% because without giving my dog any other treats his stool is fine. I am just giving it three stars cause I feel like its somewhat linked because my dogs stomach is small and this food isn’t hearty enough to help him process the treat. ... show more

I have two Yorkies. One is especially picky about food. The other has a sensitive stomach. This food takes care of both issues. We have tried many brands, and the food would sit out. The dogs would pick at it but never really seem to enjoy mealtimes. With this, mealtimes are finally stress-free and they eat within minutes. They come running when the bag comes out of the pantry. While we were transitioning to the new food, they would pick out all of the old food and only go for the Wellness. The picky eater (smaller of the two) loves the kibble size and gobbles this down. She used to pick up a few pieces of her old food, bring them over to the rug and really have to individually crunch each piece. This kibble is tiny (you can probably fit two or three pieces on your pinky nail) and she finally eats over the bowl! Absolutely perfect for toy breed mouths! The high-quality ingredients mean no stomach issues for my other dog. Very pleased and you can't beat the price here! Update: My dogs have been on Wellness for almost three months now. I have definitely noticed a difference in their coats. Both shinier and silkier. Their body condition is also excellent and they both seem to be developing more lean muscle. My smaller Yorkie also has more energy. She's been playing more and seems generally more lively and happy. She also learned to jump up on furniture and has been doing it nonstop! Not sure if that's because of the food, but she just turned 4 years old and has always wanted to jump up but never seemed to have it in her. Maybe she finally figured it out or maybe it was the energy from the new food! In either case, we'll be sticking with this brand. We've also been using the Wellness Natural WellBites Soft Dog Treats treats for training and they just love those too. ... show more
