Nothing bad to say. Sturdy, easy install, comes with handle for cranking and an impact driver nut and socket to put in a time box in trailer so it doesn’t get lost. Smooth up and down and bonus feature you can adjust the height of base plate depending on the height of tongue and weight of trailer I’m guessing. UPDATE: Lasted a few uses then the In internally broke. Good thing I kept the old jack. Don’t waste your money made of some alloy type metal ( Internally) no way it lasts without some modifications but shouldn’t really have to rebuild it to last ... show more
