Nice rug but wanted to return it because it looks way more blue than grey, and didn’t match anything in my house. I wasn’t happy with the return process either. It had to go directly through the rug company and wasn’t like a typical easy Amazon return. It took several emails to come to a conclusion and no option would get me more than 50% of my money back so I decided to keep the rug (I have no use for so I might just gift it to someone) and the company refunded me 50%.

Try as they might, my two boys cannot beat this rug up! I purchased it for the ruggedness and reliability, not softness. It is soft, but the boys don't seem to notice as they try their best to destroy it. Cleans well, doesn't seem to stain. YET..... The kids are terrors on floor coverings. When this eventually wears out, I'll definitely purchase another.

Amazing rug! I have a large living room, and needed to give it some pizzazz, this did it! Love walking barefoot over it, love that it's suppose to be able to be hosed off if/when needed (though I haven't tried this feature yet personally). Caught myself in decompression mode literally just staring at it for like 20 min. I would have to say the dark gray is slightly lighter than I expected, but i really don't mind at all, the rest of it seems to fit the description perfectly.
