UPDATE: The discrepancy about the bike’s speeds was a miscommunication and error on our part. The seller was gracious enough to offer a partial refund. Changing rating to a 5 star. Our grandson does like his new bike. The description said it was 7 speed (which was what we wanted), but it was an 18 speed. Bike arrived broken. The crank n bearings wear no good. Local bike shop confirmed. The item was returned 2 days prior to deadline, but no refund processed as yet. Broke my grandson’s heart having to send it back.
