I have been using this weighted vest on my daily walks and I am really happy with it. The fit is snug and adjustable so it does not bounce or shift around, even picking up the pace or going uphill. The weight distribution feels even across my shoulders and back instead of pulling in one spot, which makes a huge difference over a longer walk. Love this weighted vest, comfortable to wear, seems strong, sturdy, easy to put on and take off. I just got off my elliptical, and the vest gave me a good workout. I always do an hour on the elliptical but using this with the vest felt I did longer than the hour. I purchased the 12lb, pink vest. I am 5', 128 lbs. I want to lose about 10 lbs. and I am hoping wearing the vest will give me a boost as I have plateaued. This is an excellent buy. Absolutely no regrets!!

Great price and easy to wear and take off after long walks, however the bottom strap does not secure around my barrel chest. Quality is excellent, just wish the bottom strap was longer so I could utilize it that why I gave a 4 satr review.

I have the 8 lb vest and consider myself to be in reasonable shape for a 60+ female. This vest felt heavier than I expected so I am glad I did not start with the 10 lb vest. 8 lbs is a perfect starting point. I have osteopenia and want to do what I can to prevent further bone lose. This vest is an amazing deal and I very much recommend it to first time weighted vest users. It is easy to put on and looks like it will hold up to frequent use. It might be a tight fit if you are a larger, big boned person. This vest STINKS when it is first unboxed. I let it air out for a couple of days before wearing it.
