I work from home, I’m a mom, and I’m trying to build more of a fighter mindset into everyday life. I bought this vest to make my daily walks feel like training instead of just getting steps in. I mainly wear it during school pick-up and drop-off walks, usually 5,000-10,000 steps at a time. What surprised me most is how comfortable it is. It doesn’t bounce around, shift, or feel bulky. I’ve even worn it under a light jacket and forgotten I had it on. Don’t let the comfort fool you though. You definitely feel it the next day. I tried running in it once and got humbled pretty quickly. The biggest compliment I can give it is this: if I go for a walk without it now, I miss it. It has become part of my routine and mentally switches me from “out for a stroll” to “I’m training.” My only complaint is the lack of a phone pocket or attachment point. I don’t carry a bag on walks, and most of my clothes don’t have useful pockets, so having nowhere secure to put my phone is frustrating. Overall, it’s comfortable, gets used almost daily, and makes ordinary walks feel more purposeful. For me, it’s been money well spent.

Great product to give you a little more resistance for workouts. I bought to use on my stroller walks with baby. I purchased the 16 pound vest so that both my husband and I can use it. I find that I have to wear a couple layers under it or it bothers my shoulders, however my husband has no issues. Adjustable fit and durable. Also versatile for many different workouts.

this was the first weighted vest i’ve ever gotten. i really like the way it fits and hooks on. it’s got the 2 different clips to hold it in place, and they’re adjustable to fit a variety of chest sizes. when i wear it, it’s fairly comfortable on my shoulders and i don’t feel like it digs in. i use it a lot when doing household chores and can really feel it working!
