The media could not be loaded. Fits well and is adjustable. I’m 5’4” 130lbs and it fit snug on the small setting but could adjust a little further for someone smaller. Fits snug enough for cartwheels lol. I also like the chest strap is high enough to be comfortable. My friend who is 5’10” and about 200lbs wore it on the largest setting and it fit too but it looks small on his frame (although he said it was comfortable. I am 5'6 and find the vest comfortable. It does sit high; thought it would come down to the waist but it sits around the mid torso area. Weights are nice blocks of solid iron and you can start with an empty vest at 3lb and work yourself up to 45lb. The belt that goes around sticks to the vest with velcro and a metal buckle. While good, it is a wee bit clumsy to get the fitting right. Not sure why they did not use a strap slide/adjuster buckle to allow the belt to be adjusted. ... show more
