    • Missing a part, couldn’t get it sent to me without returning/replacing the entire bed frame.

I was missing a part. I received an extra part 5 (there should have been 4 of these, but I received 5). I also was short 1 part 5a (there should have been 8, but I only received 7). They look similar, but the 5s have 2 “bumps” on one end while the 5as have one “bump”. And, yes, I’m sure I did not get a 5 and a 5a mixed up. In fact, that’s not possible because the 5s don’t fit in the 5a holes. There was no way to request a correct part without returning the entire bed frame. I don’t want to do that, so I will machine a part to replace the 5a. That’s a hassle. There should be away to get a part that was missing from the package. ... show more

Kinda difficult to put together. Picture also doesn't show all the metal pieces that still show when put together. Kinda takes away from the pink. Mattress does move around quite a bit as there is no way to secure it.

The bed itself Is pretty but it was very difficult to put together. One of the rails was bent so i had to bend it back straight to fit in the screw hole I also feel like they could do better with labeling the screws better and also making them the same color as the bed or provide screws covers… but overall the bed is doing what I need it to do ... show more
