Good product, but I have a potential issue stemming from heavy bag placed on mat. The heavy bag deformed the mat and the foam material has not “recovered” it’s original shape after a couple of days. Hopefully, the foam will expand to its original condition

I’m a college cheer coach (we’re a little underfunded) and we needed practice mats, and these are perfect! I bought 4 of them and we use them as tumble mats as well for stunting. We haven’t had any issues with no breakage or ripping in the material. We received them a month ago and they are still holding up great! Well worth the buy! Update 06/25/2018: It's been a couple months now, and we've been keeping it permanently on the floor in a high traffic area. It's held up wonderfully! I'm so so happy we made this purchase! Now that our little acrobat can climb up onto the couch, we knew we would have to find a solution to prevent any injuries from him falling over the back of the couch to the tile floor! I saw that these mats had good ratings, and noted that 2" seems to be standard, compared to cheaper mats that are around 1/2". We received it today and wow! It works perfectly! The 2" padding feels safe--I can jump on it as an adult (190+) and it supports me well. It didn't have a strange smell, although the bag that contained it was dirty on the outside. I can't tell if it was from shipping or from the warehouse. Anyway, it came folded and it was very light. These are just like the mats I remember from gym class as a kid! My son really likes the mat, he was running around all afternoon on it and started tumbling a bit! I hadn't purchased it for actual gymnastics, so having it for a dual-purpose mat now is even better! Mat seems to be a good quality & foam is not to soft. But I ordered a purple mat & received a multi colored. The way the item is packaged (paper & plastic wrap) it would be difficult return for a purple mat
