I love the waterfall. But, It has air in the line most of the time. I have moved and adjusted the pump repeatedly. Turned on and off also. The air bubbles are distracting but there is also an irritating noise when the pump is not running correctly. Any ideas? What am i doing wrong? UPDATE: I tried again to get it to stop with the air bubbles and noises. I did something right. one thing I adjusted to volume of the flow. It stopped the air in the line and it is working perfectly. I changed my review to 5 stars because I was mistaken. The water reservoir door was in the box. I missed it because it was taped to the back of the styrofoam. You m all hooked up now and it looks great. I’m very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. This is a small fountain which was perfect next to my front entrance. Others complained of minimal sound from water. I solved this by elevating the back by about 1-2 inches, Turing the pump on its side and filling with less water to create a bigger waterfall. Sound is perfect. There is an area at the end for overflow which is perfect with rain. I also turned pump to mid power setting. ... show more

It’s beautiful and light weighted. I did not assemble it, my husband did. He did not complain. There are lights and it looks amazing at night. It’s perfect size, not to small and makes beautiful sound. I love it!!

This was easy to set up with clear instructions. there weren't many steps. It's pretty and natural looking. the flow of water makes a nice, relaxing background noise. The lights are very nice in the evening. i set it up surrounded by plants on my deck and love it.

Was super excited when it came. It was packaged well in lots of Styrofoam and tap. But after I recieved this and opened everything I had to literally spend about 30 minutes washing it. It was covered in dirt and something fuzzy and smelled horrible like resin or chemicals. Inside an out. Also after running the water for about a week I noticed a film of oil or matalic substance (like a skim) on top of the water. So I had to rinse it off again and wash it out took about another 30 minutes. It very large also which means it wont fit into a sink. I have to clean it in my shower. There's also like straw an stick pieces in the paint. Over all I'm disappointed. I don't feel like it's worth the money at all. Maybe after time the oily substance will stop. We will see.
