My boyfriend thought this would be junk and worthless, but was he wrong. I think because he thought it had to be worn like a fanny pack. I wore it over a shoulder and it worked great. I never tested touchscreen capabilities through it though. But it held both our passport wallets, and my e-reader or phone. Decent size capacity. I definitely went underwater with it a few times. Slipped on a rock in the ocean when getting out of a boat and went completely under...it was bone dry inside.

So far I like this product. I use it for kayaking. I don’t plan on fully submerging so not sure how it does completely under water. Great size to store a snack, phone, and keys. It’s kept my valuables dry while getting splashed. I do wish the material was a tad thicker. It’s fairly thin and when sitting in the hot sun it becomes very pliable and doesn’t offer any heat protection for items inside, specifically electronics. It works for my needs and for the price, I feel I made a smart purchase.

So, I read the reviews and wanted to love this. I brought it with me yesterday to an amusement park. We did 3 loops on a lazy river. It was completely soaked afterwards. Luckily for my phone, the water was absorbed by my small, fabric wallet pouch that was inside. Unlucky for me, my cards, receipts (that I needed) and key fob were in the pouch. Receipts were ruined (it was a dining plan purchased for the day that we could no longer use.) At first my cards were wonky but now I think the strips are okay after drying. Thankfully, I took my key fob out to air out right away or we would have been stuck 2 hours away from home. For the record, it was closed tightly and was barely in the water because I was paranoid and doubted it would work --- despite the good reviews. It dipped under water once while getting into a tube and then two times the small falls over the lazy river got on me (only twice because the other two times around I just stood and walked because I was so paranoid about this working.) Also, the strap broke off right as I was getting in so I was carrying it in front of my like a little old lady carrying a hand bag. I should have trusted my gut. Anyway --- I do not recommend this

Worked great for 4 days on my trip and then completely ripped when I tried to open it my last day of the trip and was destroyed. Kept everything dry while kayaking and boating in Florida.
