The packaging and overall look of the box is excellent, each flute has its own foam insert to keep it from rattling inside the box. The glasses are, as you might expect from Waterford, gorgeous and elegant. Photos cannot do crystal true justice. They feel quite solid in the hand.

When I unpacked this item, one of the six flutes had a chipped lip. Amazon refused to replace or accept a return and instead offered a measly $15 credit toward a future order.
