  • Highly recommend, especially if you’re trying out trail running for the first time.
I wasn’t sure if I would like trail running so I bought these because the price was right compared to others. I have plantar fasciitis and was a bit worried they would bother me but they are very comfortable! Our trails are wooded and dirt/clay based with a creek through them and steeper hills, these shoes have amazing traction and I’ve been able to pace comfortably without worrying about losing my footing. ... show more

  • Comfy trailers
Size: 6.5 Color: Zinnia/Eclipse/Nomad
Super comfy out the box. I have slim feet and most shoes are wider than I like, but these are great. Like the colors and the style, they feel grippy and will be trying them out in Hawai’i soon. They’re also lightweight enough to pack in your carry on

  • Love 💕 Love best shoe ever
Size: 8.5 Color: Blue/Black/Yellow
I typically wear the ghost, the only tennis shoe that fits my feet perfectly. I’ve been wearing them for 10 years. I bought these for my third trip to Costa Rica this time to volcano needed some hiking shoes I would keep my feet dry. I tried on different shoes that were designed for hiking and then decided this is for the birds I’m gonna check and see what Brooks have. These are the best shoes ever. I also live in the country. I have rock for a driveway and lots of yard. These are my every day outside shoes now. They were perfect for Costa Rica. It rained every day that I was there and my feet stayed dry. At first, I noticed the cushion is not the same as the ghost, the ghost have way more cushy. But the construction of these make up for that I had no fear of slip sliding or rolling an ankle. We hiked up an 800 feet elevated feet side of a small mountain to take in the view of the volcano. I am 50 years old and one week before hip replacement, I was able to hike that without slipping, sliding or falling, I will be buying more. I was lucky enough to purchase these during Amazon days so I got them for $79 wowsers I should’ve bought two. ... show more

  • Cut into my ankles
Size: 8.5 Color: Pink/Flambe/Cobalt
This is a more durable heavy duty shoe than popular brand that starts with SK. The sole wears much better. My only complaint is I had to cut off the top portion of the heel because it was cutting into the skin over my achilles tendon and bleeding.

  • My favorite tennis shoes
Size: 9 Color: Pink/Flambe/Cobalt
These are my favorite shoes. The only problem was I had to change out the insoles because they were uncomfortable. But love the bright color and the way they have held up.

  • good traction
I walk twice a day five days a week and once a day on weekends. I will still go out if it's raining as long as it's not coming down too hard. Got these to wear in moderate rain. They're more comfortable and easier for me to walk in than the lightweight snow boots I have to wear in rainy weather (because they're warm and they have good traction). These aren't the most cushioned shoes, but they're more cushioned than my snow boots, and therefore more comfortable to me, so I'm able to walk at my normal pace. I walk a little slower in my snow boots, and I can't wear my arch supports in them. I can wear my arch supports in these. They aren't waterproof, so you have to avoid puddles, and of course they're not great if it's really pouring out but if it's really pouring out, I'm probably staying in. I just don't want to slip and fall and break a hip or whatever because I chose to wear Brooks Adrenalines (my walking shoes of choice) on a rainy day. They're great for what I wanted them for. ... show more
