The media could not be loaded. I’m really happy I found this water pump. Originally, I had a top load hot/cold dispenser where you have to flip the jug upside down. This was back before most people had their own dispensers, so something burned out over the years. Thinking I couldn’t fix it, I started looking into the manual style of pump tops that go directly on the jug. I have a pretty strong aversion to distracting colors in my home, so I was happy to compromise the reliability of manual pumping for this sleek design. I’m really happy with the strength of the water flow and how reliably it seems to be working. Even if this one burns out it’ll at least be less plastic waste. Edit 2025: I moved from that RV into a house I’m rebuilding, so I use this pump as my water source for everything at the moment. It still works great and holds its charge for a very long time, but I noticed 2 things that are worth mentioning: 1) it auto shuts off fairly quickly, so you have to hit the button to restart it, if you’re doing dishes or filling a bucket this can be annoying. It seems odd to me that it auto shuts off because it also has a control fill button for shorter flow. 2) to conserve water I turn off and on frequently, so I’m making fewer refill trips. For whatever reason, it really doesn’t like that and will, what I call “go schizo”, pumping out small bursts of water you can’t stop while the light blinks, or it’ll run continuously and you can’t stop it, or it’ll stop working all together for awhile. These are definite drawbacks, but I’ve learned its temperament, mainly, you just need to wait 1 full second, plus a slight pause between clicks. If clicking a lot, allow 2-3 seconds between clicks. Despite the drawbacks, I appreciate that it works similar to a faucet, leaving me hands free, which has become a very important feature. You never realize your water use habits until it becomes an obstacle for basic life functions. I think this is good feedback for those primarily using this for camping, because that’s basically my lifestyle at the moment. Its most impressive features are the battery life, being very compact, recharge time, and quality tubing, but I’m glad I was also able to fix my old Avalon top load dispenser too, I now use that for potable (drinking) water, and outdoor/hose water for the rechargeable one to do dishes and all that. I’ll do another video/review for my Avalon dispenser because I’ve learned A LOT about them over the last 8 years I’ve had mine. Mainly that they’re built to break, particularly Avalon, and they don’t do replacement parts, BUT, it’s an otherwise quality product (like IPhones) and I figured out how to fix it’s common issue, so I’d actually recommend them despite the somewhat scammy design. Overall, I’d say I prefer a my standard dispenser for small use and hot/cold features, but this rechargeable head style has been a great companion that allows way more range of motion, filling up larger containers, flexibility of use, etc. Both styles truly have their merits.

I recently bought this white HiPiCok water dispenser hoping it would fit my (American Maid brand) 3 gallon stackable, and 5 gallon regular bottles - both have screw on tops. It works beautifully for both! BTW, I am a customer who paid for this dispenser, and was not compensated for this review in any way. I used the android cord (provided in the box) to charge the pump overnight - though the included instructions said 3 hours would suffice. A light on the pump flashed red to indicated charging. The light was solid red the next morning. The silicone sealer cap with attached gasket (provided in the box) fits well, and made a perfect seal on both sized bottles. I put the small gasket ring on first, then pushed the cap over it. The tubing (provided in the box) is soft and flexible; one must connect the tubing to a nipple on the bottom of the pump, then pass it through the hole on the top of the silicone cap. The pump then fits snugly onto the cap, providing a perfect vacuum and seal; and the tubing reaches all the way to the bottom of the bottle, for both sized bottles. It pumped water efficiently for both sizes, with no leaking. I tested both settings: one is a manual tap on/off; one is preset to run for 90 seconds after tapping, and has the ability to be overridden and turned off by tapping the manual button. I just got this dispenser, so don't know how long the rechargeable battery will last. I am impressed with the product performance so far; and I'm very pleased that I will not have to lift and flip bottles onto my big water dispenser! This HiPiCok dispenser is well designed, looks good, and performs well. It fits the screw top bottles I own, and exceeds my expectations - so far it is excellent!

I have used other pumps before so this was one based on other reviews. Fairly simple to set up and can be used in any bottle top. The dispense speed is pretty good, with a sturdy build. I would have liked if the other button dispensed 500ml instead of 600ml (hey, I'm a metric unit user) but it's cool. The buttons are solid and therefore function well. Great value for money however I do think the charging speed could be better.

We keep a 5 gallon jug by the dog bowls to fill their water, and constantly tipping it was a pain. This thing is perfect and has had daily use for about two months. We've charged it once. It works great, the battery lasts forever, it's easy to charge, and the water comes out at an expected speed.

I bought this on a whim for our pop up camper to have fresh water on hand and used it daily multiple times a day. I did purchase an additional lid to help keep it in place as others recommended and it fit the large water jugs at Sam’s club perfectly. It is a little noisy but there was zero leakage, dispensed water quickly and with a touch of the button shut off or turned on no issues. This was so easy and served its purpose! I will definitely take this with us on every camping trip

This the best value for my money that I think I’ve bought all year. This works great for camping. It fits in 5 gallon bottles, it fits on gallon jugs. The charge lasts a long time - like 20+ gallons pumped. This device is also great in my kitchen and greatly increased my ability to fill my water bottles without help and without lifting the gallon jugs. 100% recommend! Just of note - if on a gallon jug, you can set a container next to the jug and fill. When On a 5 gallon bottle, you need to hold the container you’re filling.
