Update: I've been using this for 3 months now. A bit of mixed feelings on this product. If I start at 3 stars... Pros: - The concept of having the bed heated up when it's cold is game changing. I fall to sleep much quicker if I'm not freezing. + 2 points Cons: - The cloth material they use to stretch over the bed is a bit cheap and doesn't pull the cover tight. This leads to some bunching. It's not the end of the world but it could have been better. -1 point - The cap uses two plastic tabs to catch on to become sealed. These crumpled away one day when I was topping it off. Now my cap doesn't seal and the water evaporates too quickly. -1 point - The customer service is not good. They weren't willing to send any replacement parts to get the cap sealing again so I'm left on my own to figure out a fix. -1 point Original review: I got the king size mattress topper with the dumb switch and put it on a smart outlet. Now when it's 60 degrees or colder outside it turns on at 7:30 pm. It's a game changer. Don't forget to use distilled water. ... show more

My wife bought this. Skeptical at first about its build quality, but then I got warmed up to it. Love it. I just don't know how much my wife paid for this (too lazy to check the order history). I bought one for my in-laws. Oh, not a dual temperature zone, etc. so if you live with a spouse who hates being warm or hot then this is not a product for you. Don't let your little kid with anything sharp and pointy around this either. There is a hose system under the blanket and my kid almost gave me a heart attack when my kid started poking the blanket with a safety pin. My kid missed vital parts and no water leak occurred.     • Where i can fix?
I purchased about 4 month ago and used it well. Today it makes burning smell and smoking. I donโ€™t know is it fixable. I feel u safe and cannot use it anymore.
