I picked this up for an affordable daily wear watch and it's been working out pretty well so far. The best feature by far is how easy it is to read. The face is nice and large, and the numbers have high contrast so you can easily check the time at a quick glance without straining your eyes. The design is simple and clean, so it looks good with casual clothes or even if you dress up a little bit. It feels lightweight on the wrist and has been keeping accurate time without any issues. My only real complaint is that the strap is on the shorter side, so if you have larger wrists it might feel a bit tight or you might need to swap the band out. But for a solid, inexpensive everyday work watch, it's a great option. Taking off one star just for the shorter strap length. ... show more

This is an off-brand inexpensive watch from China. Which is OK! I have a few "value" imports and they are generally fine though they do not totally compare to name brand watches. This watch has a large 42mm case, which may be why the price is slightly elevated for this type of watch. The band is tiny, barely fits my 8.5" wrist. If your wrist is large you will need a new band. The band width is 22mm. The watch face is all utility- large white numbers with white hands and "subdued" branding at the top. The hands have a luminescent coating (very weak) but the barely visible second hand does not, and the numbers do not. There is no date, no AM/PM which I really like- put this thing on, pull out the pusher and set the time and you are done. No changing settings that most people don't need or are too small for you to realistically use. Speaking of small- the large numbers and high contrast make this readable even without my glasses, which is why I got this in the first place. The case is metal, face appears to be acrylic/plastic. The pull out crown adjuster is not very precise. If you try to set the minute hand to "4" you might get a few minutes before or after when you push it in to accept the time as the hands move quite a bit when pushing the pusher. Kind of frustrating but you can get it set after a try or three. The band is thin faux leather. And short. You will need another 22mm band if you have a large wrist. The band does not have a quick release set of pins so you will need a tool to remove the exiting band which was not a problem. I tried the watch out with black silicone and brown leather bands- see pics. Looks a lot better. A tiny band on a big watch is not so good but totally expected at this price point. So far the watch is keeping good time; I'll check back in with an update if this is not the case as time goes on. Overall I am happy with the watch. With a new band it seems fine. Probably a black leather band will be better than a brown one (more suitable for a gold metallic watch) but that's all I had at hand in 22mm. I think this is very slightly overpriced, should cost about as much as a good six back of beer and its slightly over that amount. But it is a larger dial (42mm) so no stars off for pricing. Its cheap and looks good on my wrist, tells time. No frills but that was what I was looking for. ... show more
