Unsure why no other reviews (that I could see) mention this, but I’ll say this…This watch is ultra light, delicate, dainty, low-profile & elegant (exactly what I wanted) BUT something that’s very offputting is this watch has no second-keeping hand! Just a buyer beware if that matters to you…it DOES come with batteries in already, but my only way to know it was indeed working is to set the time & wait 5min to ensure the minute-hand moved appropriately. The Holstour watch for 'Men Business Simple Model Square Roman Numerals' is an attractive watch but falls short on several levels. Know what you're getting. The first issue isn't so much with the design but the nomenclature. It's certainly not square. Do they even know what square looks like? This is a rectangular watch. While it's a very attractive, pleasing gold tone, no where do I see that it's gold plated. Fine. Maybe is it and maybe it isn't. That can be overlooked on a watch in this price range. And, if it's not gold plated, it certainly looks like it much to its credit. That's not the issue. The dial is very clean, framed in the gold-tone case and looks good. it's smaller than the current fashion of larger watches but it's not that small and looks like much more expensive, vintage men's watches. But, it does have a problem, a major problem that you can't overlook. The problem is the watch band. The first thing you notice is it's simply too small for a male wrist and this is being sold for a watch for men. For some males it'll work but you don't know until you try it. I had to use the last little notch on the band to strap it to my wrist and am an average guy; I shouldn't have had to do that. Then, there's the issue of what the band is or more more importantly, isn't made of. It does say "high quality leather," "leather strap," "leather-strapped," and "leather" again a couple of times. One would gather from the leather, leather, leather mentioning that the the band was indeed something called "leather" in the known concept of the usage of the word since the written word was invented some centuries ago. Had it simply said band or not try to mislead, it'd be a great buy. But, you may have to buy a band from the get go because what is presented may not fit. Do you want that from a watch you've never ever worn? The band is not stamped "leather" or "genuine leather." It does not have that distinctive leather smell which a new piece of leather would have. From looking at the band, it's two sections sewn together which would be odd for a leather band, especially, a lower quality leather band. It's not stamped as as genuine leather or simply stamped as leather. It does not have the typical smell of leather. It doesn't have one solid piece but two pieces sandwiched together with no leather smell. In this price range, it's not going to be some exotic type of two pieces of leather taken the extra time to be sewn together. The worst part is this is sold as a men's watch but the band is so small that the band hardly fits a male wrist. I had to use the very last little notch to get it to buckle. While it could be an inferior leather band, let it be at least an inferior leather band that fits the male wrist. Watch is good, the band is absolutely horrible. You could be able to wear it maybe, sort of with the last notch but it may look out of place. Expect to have to buy your own watch band on this thing. The question in my mind is if they misrepresented the band so much, did they misrepresent other things within the selling point of the watch. ... show more

Of course this is a rough copy of another famous watch but it still looks great without being an obvious ripoff. A bit hard to set the time accurately because the wheel is so loose when adjusting that it jumps when you try to press the crown in. Also, smaller than it looks if you're a person with bigger wrists.
