This watch has a clean, classic look and feels like something that works with a lot of different styles without being overly flashy. The face is fairly large, so it stands out a bit more on the wrist while still keeping a simple design. The patterned band has a nice appearance and gives it more character rather than being overly casual. The watch itself feels lightweight and comfortable to wear. The face is easy to read at a glance without extra details making it feel busy. For the price range, this ended up looking nicer than I expected and feels like something that could work for casual or dressier occasions.

When it comes to watches, you can't get much more bang for your buck than with this Kakabi men's watch. This polished stainless steel case watch is on trend with its' almost oversize design. Photo 6 shows how it nearly covers my entire wrist. With bars & numerical minute markers as well as numerical second markers that are easy to read on this large face it'll be easy to tell the time. Although the listing cites its face as being 45mm in one instance and as 40mm in another place, this face is quite large for a dress watch which the faux crocodile leather strap indicates that it is. Most non sport watches that are water resistant but not water proof are so to 3 ATM (atmospheres). While the main description incorrectly identifies it as being 'waterproof' but lower down states that it is "Not Water Resistant", both are wrong. The '5 ATM' stamped on the back of the case indicates that it is water resistant to 5 ATM. The leather strap is decent quality stamped and finished leather, it is rather thin for such a bulky watch. This watch would look even better with a thicker or padded watch strap to correspond with its thick case. The steel clasp, seen in photo 7, is minimalist and secure buckles. It seems insignificant, but even with the largest of watch faces that I have tried on I prefer the clasps to be as flat and unobtrusive as possible. I don't like the feel of thick clasps between the bottom of my wrist and a flat surface that my wrist may be resting on. This clasp is about as flat as they can be while still being sturdy and easily functional. Being familiar with most major brands of fine watches, it's hard to get a high end looking watch for the almost no money that this watch costs. I mean this is a very good value even though the listing is confused about what the watch is.

I got the Kakabi Black 45mm Large Face Men's Quartz Watch as a future gift for my dad. It is a very nice looking watch for the price, especially with that all black color and the sleek face. The face is really easy to read, though as best as I can figure out, the little decorative sub dials don't actually move. The band is a crocodile pattern leather that is really comfortable and has quite a few holes for adjusting the fit. It's a much better size for a men's watch than a women's. When you get it, you'll have to peel the plastic off the front glass (not so obvious) and the back (more obvious). You'll also have to pull the tab on the dial, set your time by turning the dial and then push it in for it to start keeping time (basically, typical watch stuff, but I'm listing it here just in case). The watch is lightweight and the glass seems like it will hold up well. It's great as a travel watch because it's simple and looks far more expensive than it actually is. It's also daily waterproof, so you don't have to worry about a little rain or splashing (but don't go swimming in it). It comes in a gift box that looks really nice for gifting, although the usage leaflet that comes with it doesn't seem to match the watch perfectly (generic for quartz watches in general). At 9.99 at the time I am writing this, it is a great value. I expect the construction will be durable enough for everyday use. Bottom line, it's a super classy looking watch that makes a wonderful gift without breaking the bank.

I’m being a bit generous with my 3-star rating because there’s definitely one thing this watch gets right: the face design. The black and silver color combination looks sleek, modern, and more expensive than I expected for the price. The large face is easy to read and gives it a nice business-casual style. Unfortunately, the wristband just didn’t work for me. The leather strap feels overly stiff and difficult to manage, especially if you have smaller wrists like I do. Getting the buckle aligned with the holes took more effort than it should, and the sliding keepers that hold the excess strap in place were also frustrating to adjust. The band never really felt comfortable or easy to work with. I also think the strap looks a little too thin compared to the larger watch face, so the overall balance of the design feels slightly off to me. If the watch came with a softer, more flexible band, I’d probably rate it much higher because the watch face itself actually looks very nice.

It is a really nice-looking timepiece that genuinely looks much more expensive than it actually is. Pros: High-End Aesthetic: The "All Black" style paired with the croco-embossed leather strap gives it a very classic, premium look. It transitions effortlessly from everyday casual wear to dressier outfits. The Large Face Illusion: At 45mm, the face is quite large. An interesting effect of this size is that it can actually make the arm and wrist look smaller. My husband doesn't have small arms, but when he wears this watch, it gives that exact slimming illusion, which looks great. Comfortable All-Day Wear: The crocodile-pattern leather strap is surprisingly soft, breathable, and skin-friendly. It isn't stiff like some lower-priced bands, and the stainless steel buckle makes it easy to adjust for a secure, comfortable fit. Clear Readability: Despite the minimalist, sleek black design, the markers and hands are clear and easy to read at a glance. The mineral glass mirror is also nice and scratch-resistant for daily use.
