This has to be one the best things I’ve ever bought. It warms up very quickly and stays hot. I put food in glass dishes on it for the holidays and the food all stayed hot throughout the buffet dinner. It wiped clean very easily, and when it was cooled down, it stored nicely back in the box. I think I will eventually buy more of these because they work so well. Plus, the cost was way less than they could have charged for the product. I highly recommend this mat if you ever have food in a buffet and you don’t want to mess with sterno flames.

This warming mat works exactly as described. It heats up quick and the heat is uniform across the surface of the mat. Rapid, full surface, even heating. It has an automatic shut off after 4 hours. It comes with an isntruction manual, but it is really so easy to use, just plug it in and turn it on. It has an on/off button and you can toggle between the three heat levels by tapping on the setting button. It is made of thick, durable silicone. I love that it frees up the stove and oven when prepping multiple dishes. The heating surface is good sized. Plenty of room for large pans or several smaller pans. This mat makes it convienent and efficient for preparing meals as well as keeping foods and hor d’eurves heated at a set temperature. This is great for use at buffets, parties, events, celebrations, and other various gatherings to keep your dishes at a safe temperature. I like this way better than my chafing dishes as chafing dishes can heat inconsistently with hot and cold spots. This mat does not, the heat is consistent across the entire surface. I also like that it doesn’t require sterno or and open flame. The 1/4" nubs on the bottom of the mat keep the heat of the mat from touching the tabletop. It’s very easy to wipe down and clean up any messes left on it. It easily rolls up for space saving storage and lightweight for easy transport. It comes with instructions, a long power cord, as well as a velcro strap, and storage bag to keep everythign together. I am very happy with this heating mat.

Easy, effective, and portable. I was worried that the warming tray may not work well, but I pleased to confirm it works very well. Because you can roll it up and transportation is very easy. It does not use a great deal of power. Also, I can fit a lot of dishes on the mat to keep warm. I have used the mat for holiday dinners, potluck, and parties. I also like that is will cool quickly to pack up and move on back home.

I was nervous getting this fir my wife since it's white/cream color. However, it cleans up beautifully. My wife has used it numerous times while entertaining and it works perfectly. Several of our family and friends have purchased one as well.

Cord won’t stay plugged into the mat, like it’s the wrong size. Hard to keep food warm if it continuously disconnects.
