I actually sort of went into this thinking that I wouldn’t find anything overly helpful about it and I am happy to report I was dead wrong. This book is filled with great diagrams for each of the workouts as well as helpful information to prevent injury- that piece is especially helpful for someone like me.   • Easy to follow
I read the book and started my 28 day plan today! As I get used to it I will be faster. I took my time and followed the instructions as best I could. I enjoyed it completely! Nothing hurt during or after the workout. I did the cardio one. I plan on doing them all.

Good starter book. Im a bit more advanced in my wall pilates and got about 10 new exercises to try out from this book. Not bad. Enjoyed the instructions, pictures, and dedication to understanding how it can support people.

  • Working out doesn't have to be painful!
I recently read Luna Light's "Wall Pilates Workouts for Women" book which has been an absolute game changer for my exercise routine. I've always needed help getting into working out consistently, with many exercises being too complex for me as a beginner, leading me to give up quickly. This book has changed that for me, providing easy instructions and many exercises that allow me to find what works for my body that day. What really sets this book apart is the focus on safety - with a note on how to breathe correctly and tips to avoid injury - which gave me the confidence to try new exercises without fear of hurting myself. The book itself is also very aesthetically pleasing, which is an added bonus. If you want workouts that are challenging but manageable that will lead you to becoming a better you and maybe even moving on beyond wall pilates, then this is the perfect introductory book for you. A complete method by an expert. The Wall Pilates Workout Book For Women by Luna Light. A useful guide for this type of exercise. Although it is essentially focused on women, it can also be applied by men. The other thing I want to emphasize is that Luna Light is a certified instructor, an expert in the field. This 28-day plan can be carried out by people of any age, even seniors. It is a plan of four fundamental Pilates routines that will solve various problems you might have, such as overweight, back pain, posture problems and many more. The book is divided into five parts, where Light explains in great detail and color illustrations each of the steps and techniques of these exercises. Before that, the book tells us a little about what Pilates is, the expectations about this plan and even the personal history of our instructor.
