This treadmill was fantastic! Arrived already assembled pre-oiled/lubricated and ready to go. I used the treadmill on the first day with no issues for an hour and 15 minutes - steady walking while working at my stand up desk (2.4 - 3 mph pace). The second day, I cranked up the treadmill and within the first 2 to 5 minutes it stopped abruptly. This happened about three times — Which threw me off guard and scared me a bit for my knee health as I have had my ACL replaced.. I sent an email to the company stating all of the problems and troubleshooting that I have tried and they offered me a refund in full for the treadmill so that I could purchase another one (and did not make me return the existing treadmill). I give this company 5 stars for customer service, but only 3 stars for the treadmill as it stopped working on the second time (and even with adjusting the belt, it seemed that it still would only work for a couple times before needing readjustment /belt tightening every single time I tried to use it). I think that this is something they will work to improve because their customer service is so good - so I look forward to purchasing another one in the future with my refund. I am an old man with Diabetic Neuropathy and a blood sugrar that laughs at me as I've given up the foods I have loved. Pills and insulin. But this is my own fault and as my feet and legs succumed to the issues of diabetic neuropathy, and my hands are starting it is either die and get chopped up, or try to regain my vigor. So, a tred mill. I ordered it yesterday from Amazon, and got it this morning. The packaging was very well thought out, and I don't see how anyone did not get a key, as it's in a package with everything else on cardboard and plastic. Sure this is basic and no fancy adventures, but the tred runs and you walk. I tried it after simple unboxing for 5 minutes at the lowest setting. Not much, but I can tell my legs feel it. If I use it twice a day, I hope it will help. The machine did what it is designed to, and for the money it is just what I want. ... show more

If you look at my attached picture, look at the carpet, you can see how huge the old treadmill was. This one is by far smaller and quieter. Looks much nicer and leaves zero places to hang clothes on it, rendering it unusable. And I'm happy with that. It has wheels. Has a remote. And weighs just under 60lbs. Solid device. ... show more

There is a weld on the left side of the Treadmill which prevents me from locking the LED Display stand on the left side. The only way to use it is to leave that part sticking out and lock the right side. 1-star because poor quality control: Don't double check their work to see if it works, just ship as is. I wanted this treadmill for under my standing desk so I could walk while I work. It arrived well-packaged and fully set up. It was easy to plug in and get it to go right away. The problem came when I tried to raise the bar so I could increase the speed (you are supposed to have the bar up if you go faster than a reasonable walking speed). One of the locks on the side wouldn't release, making it impossible to raise the bar. I contacted customer service and they immediately offered to replace the unit or to troubleshoot if I sent photos of the issue. Ultimately I decided not to replace the unit as I primarily got it for the slow-walking, under the desk position, which you can do with the bar in the lowered position. I give the unit itself 3 stars for that issue, but 5 stars for a great response and reasonable solution to my problem. For the very good price, I would feel confident ordering this treadmill knowing you will get help if it turns out to have a problem. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First of all, this is the only treadmill we have. (my wife and I). We have no experience with any other treadmills, this is our first. We understand that this treadmill is cheap (sub-500), and you get what you pay for. But, that aside lets start with the good. 2 Stars for portability. It is relatively light, and I could pick it up folded and carry it. Yet, it is very solid when standing on it. Folding and unfolding is super easy, and very solid once locked in. It has a small profile at only 50 inches long, and it stands against a wall when folded and has rubber feet so it stays put. That's nice. We do not have a lot of space left downstairs in the gym area so this was made for small spaces and that's good. 1 Star for functionality. It works, it has Bluetooth capabilities, a remote, an emergency stop mechanism, digital display, and it is easy to change speeds or stop. Came with lubricant for the surface under the belt, make sure you use it because this one was completely dry out of the box. Very important. And that is the good. The bad? Well they are certainly losing 2 stars for the build/QA. Upon first use, there was a weird noise coming out of it. I thought maybe it needed the lube, so I did that according to the instructions. Still had the noise. Check out the video to see what I mean. So I used a Phillips and opened the compartment (4 screws). What is happening is that the motor that the belts attach to have fans built into the actual pulley, and the motor is sitting too close to the bottom of the compartment, thus the sound. The pulley is clearly not perfectly round, so when it comes around on the high side it rubs on the bottom of the compartment. Over time, I think that the plastic will eventually wear down enough so that some of the noise is gone, hopefully. It is loud when you are actually on it going at a decent rate. According to the instructions, "All the moving parts should move silently." Clearly not. Its not so annoying to you while using it if you are like me and listen to music with earbuds or something but if you have it in a room around the family members, it is very annoying. Obviously QA is not done very well on this. But, you get what you paid for. Would I recommend this? Sure, if you need a budget, compact treadmill that will get you on your feet and moving. I would recommend it for an office environment, if that is allowed. Its not terrible, but I think that maybe there are better options out there. ... show more
