I had a hurrycane for years, it was OK. It had a tripod bass with three rubber rings on the bottom. It was advertised to stand up, but it took some work to get it to stand up. This cane is very compact when folded. It’s very pretty. I got the green pattern. The base is a sturdy rubber wide base. Stands up easily. I think you’ll like it.

Every once in a while I have a bad knee that begins to act up and it is easier to walk with a cane. I have been holding off on buying one until I saw this one and I loved it. The colors are very pretty and this folds up nicely, and will fit in my purse. This comes with two different tips which is nice to have the option. There is a cute little flashlight in the handle. All I did was unscrew the on off button and it put two AA batteries inside of the handle and screw the lid back on, and it is very bright. This is well-made for the price, I highly recommend.

I ordered this for a trip to Europe because it folds for travel. I like the larger base as it stands alone. The light is a nice feature too. Not sure about the handle. I'm used to using a hiking stick without a handle. I will recommend this for travelers.
