But when I opened the package, everything was there. It was easy to put together and the instructions were easy to understand. It included a small allen wrench and that was all you needed. This is well built sturdy and adjustments are easy folds down easily for storage. Broke ankle 6'2 and 200 lb. No problem and feels strong. A bit more narrow than some of the other so it fits through doorways easily
