It was the perfect replacement for my 97 4.0 L Jeep Grand Cherokee having the downstream O2 sensor slot built-in. It was also 30% less than what I could buy it for at any of the local auto parts stores.

The converter itself is nice quality, It fit my 2002 firebird 3.8 litre. Installing it was a difficult job without a welder.

Converter didn't have the bung for O2 sensor. Welded on a nut ($5 @ NAPA) M18 X 1.5 and fit great. 1997 Jeep Cherokee XJ. Original lasted 260k miles, time will tell...
