I installed this on a 2001 Honda CR-V at the same time I did the oil pan gasket so fresh oil change. I bought it used like new. First of all this cat is 1" shorter than OEM. Second one of the rear mounting studs completely lost threads while simply twisting on the included nut so it won't hold torque. Third, I had to reuse my upstream cup since the included one didn't fit AND the included spring bolts won't even fit through the A-pipe mounting holes so you have to reuse the cruddy OEM ones if you haven't broken them. Fortunately, mine were still intact. But, unfortunately after putting everything back together and taking it for a test drive it threw a p0132 code and blew the head gasket within 2 miles...not saying the two events are related because head gaskets go when they go. The car has 160k miles, but still, the fitment issues and non-usable included hardware and stud threads just disintegrating...plus, there is a useless upstream o2 sensor hole ON THE CAT which is not shown in the pictures and not on the OEM cat. It has an included plug, but still. On this car the upstream sensor is on the A-pipe and the wiring is not even long enough to reach the cat. If it's direct fit for this vehicle it makes you wonder what vehicle they used as their model... ... show more

I was a little apprehensive about buying this catalytic converter (because of the price) but I am so glad I did. The cc fit perfectly, solid build quality, price effective, and the package even came with safety gloves. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that needed it.
