  • Fits 2003 Odyssey
I installed this front pipe on a 2003 Odyssey and it fit just fine. Sprayed some high-heat silver rustoleum on it first because I had some on the shelf in my garage. Its been on the car for about 1000 miles with no leaks or anything. I found that the mounting flanges had grooves in them where the pipe attaches to the engine, so I used new original Honda gaskets (because I had some) that fit in the grooves. But the other end of the pipe, where it attaches to the catalytic converter, did not have a groove for the gasket, even though the original Honda pipe did have a groove. I used Walker gasket 31645 at that end. But the same Walker gasket fits all 3 flanges. ... show more

  • Good part but poor QC.
Part fits my Odyssey well. However, the threads for the O2 sensor were full of weld splatter from manufacturing. Should not have been shipped in that condition since it was unusable until I purchased an O2 sensor thread tap to clean up the threads. The weld splatter was preventing the sensor from being screwed in. I figured it was cheaper/easier to purchase an $8 tool and do a bit of work than sending this one back for a return and probably getting another one in the same condition. Manufacturing should use a threads plug before welding to keep the threads clean. ... show more

  • Good cheap replacement pipe- 2002 Odyssey
Bolted up well, works fine and doesn't leak. I used (2) genuine Honda 18212-SA7-003 gaskets at the headers, and an aftermarket gasket (Walker 31645) to the catalytic converter. Note that the back side of the catalytic converter uses 31383, if you want to replace that also.

  • Buzzing and rattling vibration from pipe
I noticed after installing the new exhaust pipe for my Honda Odyssey, a buzzing/rattling noise heard during certain rpm ranges while idling and/or driving. Sometimes it was more noticeable than others. I finally got around to manually inspecting the vehicle to locate the noise (my wife usually drives it) and noticed it coming from the new exhaust, seeming to come from the flex-pipe area. The vehicle drives fine, but the noise is distracting. Now I will have to find another replacement, so very disappointed in this product. ... show more

  • A friend welded the leak and it seems to work fine now.
After installation discovered a small leak at an incomplete weld. A friend welded the leak and it seems to work fine now.

  • received the exhaust pipe - the heavy gauge wire hanger is pointing the wrong way
the wire hanger is installed in the wrong direction on the back of the pipe. Is there a different part number for an AWD 2004 honda Pilot EX ?

  • test ur products.
The manufactory must have did something to it. Because when I drive there is a noise that is made. I have a mechanic look at it. And he said it was built wrong. So please.
