It’s not real wood by any means but it looks nice and it’s quite heavy once assembled. It’s not hard to put together, but just takes about 1.5-2 hours. Really pleased with it, though.

I've been looking for a new TV stand for my bedroom but needed it to be an MCM style to match our apartment decor. I almost bought a black metal one then saw this under the recommended (never saw it before) but needed it. Overall, it is beautiful and looks super nice, The build time took me around 40 minutes alone, I worked at IKEA for 5 years, so this crap does not faze me but others yes...it's all in small parts and a million little screws and glue. Just go slow. I do have one major flaw with it and it's that the wood is SO FRAGILE, I was building it and noticed that the bottom part already had a scratch in the wood which can be seen in some of the photos. (You get what you pay for) I'm okay with this as...some colored pencils will do wonders. Overall I love it, the build time was fine and the style is immaculate. But note that this stand is SHORT. For reference, I've added a photo of my men's size 12 Converse. not much taller than the shoe. But my room is already MCM style so most of my furniture is low to the ground and from the bed it's perfect. 55-60inch TV on the smaller 40'' stand. Good luck! Hope this helps ... show more

    • Great Value! Some minor problems...

This TV stand is a great value, however there are some minor problems that were pretty easy to fix. Assembly was easy and took about 2 hours by myself. However be prepared for some heavy lifting. Minor issues: 1. Every single piece of furniture and booklet, tools, etc was covered in fine particles that looked similar to fiberglass. However upon doing research online and conducting my own tests, I concluded that this was actually due to the styrofoam packaging being cut with a hot wire tool which leaves this material after it melts and then cools. Definitely a hassle to deal with. 2. A couple of the wooden dowels had problems with being broken. However they provided plenty of spare parts which more than covered my needs. 3. More Glue!!! They could include more glue for the wooden dowels. I ended up running out and needing to use some wood glue that I luckily already had. Overall a sturdy piece of furniture (especially after some extra glue) and well worth the money if you are willing to deal with some minor problems. ... show more

I put my 65 inch TV on there. The build took me two hours by myself. Great quality and looks great. Good storage too. One thing to note is that if you’re putting it on non-carpeted floors to get some adhesive sliders to put on the feet of this TV stand because there’s no built-in protection. 10/10

Purchased the 70” version and it fits my 52” tv perfectly. A little time consuming to put together if you’re doing it alone (which I did) but the instructions were very clear so it made it easy. Youre instructed not to use power tools to put it together, had I been able to use a drill it would have taken me half the time but would still recommend this item because it looks very sleek. I love this tv stand. For the price it looks and feels amazing. Very sturdy and it opens up my living space. It took about 30 minutes(2 people) to put everything together. Would highly recommend this to a friend.
