These chairs look fantastic, however, the chair arm broke the first time I sat on it and rested my arm on the side. The wood simply split and fell with almost no pressure. I've lost confidence in these chairs and have to send them back. Too bad!

Easy to assemble and looks good. We have had this for about a year now and mostly covered during rain but it's getting less sturdy and the hand rest have started to get loose a little. Some paint have also started to come off. Overall okay product if you get it on sale.

The chair looks well packaged and of a high quality but did arrive cracked in a way that cannot be repaired. After hauling it to UPS for return and having another one shipped, the new one is intact but has many small parts and no instructions. I have not been able to find instructions online. I have emailed the manufacturer and am currently awaiting response. I know people make mistakes, and, I am not having a successful time trying to purchase this chair, which is on the expensive side. ... show more

I recently purchased a pair of these chairs. As always they stayed in the box for over two weeks as my husband was dreading having to put it together. What a relief for him when he opened the package to see that all he had to do was unfold the chair and insert the dowels . So far so good.
