For our purposes, I don't think we could have found a better corner TV stand. We live in an older house that was remodeled. That said, the living room was not designed in any way to house a TV. TV's didn't exist when it was built. So we were having a difficult time figuring out how to place our TV in our living room. When I saw this TV stand on amazon, I figure it might be our best bet. Turns out, it couldn't have been any better. First of all, the color is perfect. The Espresso brown is exactly the same as an espresso brown item be bought at ikea a few years ago, so that was great. Then the height is perfect as well. We have a 42 inch TV, and when standing on this stand, the TV is perfect height when we're sitting on the couch. Plus, it snugs in nicely to the corner of our room without taking up too much extra space. We were thinking about just getting a normal rectangular tv stand and sticking it in the corner. But that would have stuck out too much and wouldn't have fit/looked very nicely. This looks like it was meant for the corner of a room, and works perfectly doing so. The build is solid, especially considering the price. Took me about an hour to build. Not too mad and the instructions were easy to follow. They label everything nicely so easy to follow. If you're not digging the glass doors, you can leave them off and it still looks great. Overall, if you're looking for a corner TV stand, I can't think of a reason this wouldn't work for you. I have an older heavy 47" television so I was concerned about finding a tv stand that had a higher weight capacity and matched my other furniture (espresso). I also have my tv in a corner, so being able to find a stand that was made to fit corners was a major bonus. I put a major piece on backwards because the instructions weren't really clear on it, but overall it was easy to assemble. I did most of it myself. My tv fits perfect, there's no bowing from the weight, and it was packed very well so no scratches, dings or damage. All the parts were there. I've had it for a few months. For the price, I expected it to look a little cheaper than it does and have some issues, but it's actually really nice looking and sturdy. I'm really pleased that the one I had bookmarked wasn't available and I ended up with this one - I think it's a much better value and overall a better piece. ... show more

I was looking for something small and relatively inexpensive to put a stereo system in. It fits great in the corner out-of-the-way. It’s pretty sturdy but I don’t have any kids running around pulling on it. The directions were horrible. My son became extremely frustrated because none of our parts were labeled and the instructions were very difficult to follow. And he’s an engineer! What should have taken him an hour stretched into about three. The quality is what you would expect for the money. ... show more

This piece was easy to assemble and fit great in my living room. I was worried the entertainment stand might be a little short, which maybe it is, but it still fits very nicely. Looks just like the images and the hinges to the doors work well. Fits a 55" TV perfectly!

This stand looks really good and is a good value for the cost. It's made with solid wood over pressed board, so it's very heavy but less likely to crack than regular chipboard. It took me about two hours and some difficulty to assemble, but it all fits together. It looks classy and more expensive than it is. Those noting the depth of it are right--it's very shallow and barely holds my VHS player and Wii Fit board. But so long as you're okay with the measurements, it's a nice pick. ... show more

I compared the same exact TV stand to others at different websites and stores. I found this about 50 to $100 less here on Amazon. The wood is lower quality pressed wood, to the eye it looks rich.Nice glass doors in the front..Fit in the corner perfectly. Little difficult to assemble-my neighbor is a handyman took him approximately two hours. The measurements are exact : my TV is a 50 inch with side stands. This size TV just made it. Would probably fit smaller TVs with side stands a little better. I don’t have any children or dogs that will knock it down please use caution- this table is not big enough for over 50 inch TV. Again mine JUST made it. My tv is an LG I would have to purchase seperate middle stand for the tv if I needed it. ... show more

We bought this for our 50” tv since that’s what it says in the title. It fits technically but the tv stand is tiny. If you read more in the description it says it fits tv’s up to 48”. But then once you get the package the sticker on the back says it fits tv’s up to 45”. I give 3 stars because it looks nice and seems decent quality but the title and description are deceiving. ... show more

Solid piece of furniture. It looks really good and overall I am happy with it. Assembly was easy. Four stars instead of five because the doors did not quite line up and it took several attempts to get it to look decent. But would still recommend.
