This dresser is just beautiful! I’m very impressed with the quality. I initially looked at west elm, but this one is almost identical to the one there, for much less. It’s pretty sturdy, so I believe it will hold up well over time. Assembly was easy, but time consuming due to the number of pieces. I was jealous of the reviewer who built this beast in 4 hours. I’m not great at assembly, but I was able to do this buy myself with the exception of having the hubby help me stand it upright. The instructions were super easy to follow and understand, and every single hole lined up perfectly. Even with the time commitment, I am impressed enough that I would happily buy this again, and I love the final product. ... show more

It’s a solid wood dresser on the cheap, so don’t expect miracles. The drawer pulls are wood & not metal sliders, so they’re a little stiff. It’s a good size, color is a nice rich dark brown, and drawers are a decent size. NOTE: Assembly instructions were AWFUL & it took about 2 hours to do w/ an electric screwdriver. If you buy this, please buy a $20 electric screwdriver as well. ... show more

After reaching out to Walker Edison, they replaced the full unit without any hassle. Their customer service took a few weeks to get back to me, but once they did, it was great customer service. I would rate a 4 stars for the wait, but the replacement unit was stolen off the patio (it’s heavy and huge, so frustrating, but impressive) and they replaced it again. Customer service was on point. PS We bought the three drawer and six drawer units. They are not the same height. Original review - Upon arrival, the packaged was ripped and poorly tape together. As we unboxed the pieces and categorized them, we shockingly noticed that 2 crucial pieces were missing: one leg and one drawer guide. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. We paid almost 400$ for a piece of furniture that’s now absolutely unusable. We are working with Walter Edison to see how the issue can get solved and will update this review as we go. We also purchased the 3drawer dresser currently on its way and plan on sending back Both purchased and request a refund if this cannot be fixed ... show more

The media could not be loaded. As of rite now I'm not so happy. I took everything out after receiving it early today from delivery and no parts! I have the assembly instructions but missing everything I need to actually put it together. I just moved in and have too much stuff to put together and was trying to do something each day as it comes so I won't burnout and this....I contacted the manufacturer and they are saying 7 to 10 days before I even get a response and one of the boards came broke....too tired to get passed but very irritated. Update: After a week of no contact, I was able to locate the customer service number and they FedEx me the assembly and broken board. But when I went to start assembling the dresser, I started noticing more and more missing pieces and as I began to count to contact for my missing parts, I noticed a note on the inside of the box. You guys seriously sent me someone else's return! This is wasting so much of my time. This note on the inside of the box is clearly from a customer advising of a return. This is crazy. I honestly just really want my money back. I don't even want to waste anymore of my time dealing with this. It's seriously over 10 missing boards and nothing to stand this thing up. Why would you resend a return without checking to make sure everything was returned. Final Update: Just don't do it. Worst purchase ever. Almost 2 months in and the dresser is not worth it. It's super flimsy. The wood slates to slide the drawers in and out are warped and does not slide easily and already cracked handle piece just trying to hold it to get it to come in and out. Just horrible product. They lady Rachel at customer service was really nice and really did try. I do see they sent me a TV stand to try and solve the issue but I'm okay. I really wanted the dresser because they had the matching nightstands but I'm completely okay. This is going in the guest room where it won't be used. Wasted money and still have to end up buying a dresser after all of this. Horrible. Will try to sand the one I can't get in to make it fit but you still can't even open the drawers...just a waste. ... show more

Pros: -Looks good when assembled -Good size Cons: -Difficult to assemble. Took me 3 hours. I would say a similar Ikea piece might take half the time. -Quality control Issues with several pieces. >3 of the wood panels split when inserting the screws (thought about getting replacement pieces, but when you've built 50% of the thing (with dozens of glued dowels, etc.), it's a tough decision. One of the pieces split because the panel had a knot where the hole was, the other 2 simply had slightly misaligned guide holes and the interior panels are crappier wood. it's like this thing could have easily been built for easier assembly, but making it impossible to repackage and return seems to be by design. >Another screw came poking through the exterior panel because the pocket hole for the screw was a little too deep and soft and the length of the screw is just enough to not go through the board (one reason not to use a power tool, you'll blow right through some of the panels if you're not careful). >The masonite sheet that covers the back was also dented (maybe in transit) and I had to push the dent out. >So many of the dowel holes and the dowels themselves were not uniformly sized. Required some trial and error picking which dowels might fit which holes best. -Drawers: >Seems like the all wood construction is supposed to be a mark of quality, but really there isn't any advantage to the wooden drawer slides. Would be way better with metal soft close slides like in Ikea furniture. The drawer stops are just 2 dowels inserted into holes that would make it difficult to remove the drawer when needed. Even the instructions suggest you maintain them with wax to keep them sliding smoothly. ... show more
