This is a professional looking product 10x higher quality than ikea for the same price. I’m happy with my purchase and trust this seller as their matching coffee table looks amazing and has held up in perfect condition for years. That being said, if you’re a perfectionist like me and can’t stand uneven cabinet doors or unintentional asymmetry, follow these helpful tips to ensure everything is perfectly even and professional looking. 1. For step 9, the base of each side of the magnetic stopper that holds the cabinet door shut needs to be exactly 1 inch away from the edge of the front of the cabinet to be perfectly level. 2. If you do not tighten the screws all the way during step 9 for the magnetic door stopper, you will need a short Philips head screw driver to tighten the screws as a final step. 6” or 7” long screwdrivers should work. 3. For both steps that you attach the metal hinge piece to the cabinet door as shown in my picture labeled step 9, the end of the flat side (middle of the hinge) needs to be between 3/32nd of an inch or 1/8th of an inch away from the back edge of the actual cabinet door. The instruction manual doesn’t give a close up and if you line the end of the hinge up with the edge of the cabinet door and screw it in, it will scrape against the body of the cabinet whenever you open or shut the cabinet door. 4. For step 14 (attaching cabinet doors to the body), ignore the instructions and complete the 2nd step prior to the first step. Trust me, it’s much easier. These are all the tips and tricks I wish I had while assembling and mine would have looked professionally made (it’s very close, I need to make a few tightens after buying a shorter screw driver). All in all, for the price this thing looks amazing and I anticipate it lasting for years. I’ve had the matching glass acorn coffee table for a few years from this company a few years ago and it’s still in excellent shape and matches the TV stand perfectly. Especially if you have a 50” or bigger TV, I highly recommend buying this TV stand as the height is ergonomic too. Lastly, this seller is also very responsive and willing to help with any questions which I appreciated.

I was skeptical at first of this TV stand due to some poor reviews, however once I saw this was a brand also carried at a certain orange logo hardware store I decided to take a chance on it. Product arrived with a few holes in the box, but no damage through to the actual pieces. It comes wrapped in styrofoam with random wood block bracing to keep the pieces from jostling. No nicks, scratches, cracks, etc, all pieces arrived in great condition. As far as assembly, most reviews complaining are due to user error. We had no issues with uneven legs or doors, or pieces not lining up with holes. The doors can be leveled through the hinges. The manual does not explicitly say that. The manual does say do not use a power drill on screws, as you risk cracking the boards. You do have to drill your own holes in a few spots for the doors, so make sure you're very careful here and know what you're doing. Overall not a bad experience if you have some common sense, and are familiar with building things. If you're not, I suggest getting a "handy" friend to help you out. The color is as described, close to the photos. The wood grain is not just printed, you can actually feel the grooves of a wood grain finish! I was pleasantly surprised here. I will say the concerns on sturdiness are valid to an extent. My stand is level but if you push on it enough it does "wobble" some, but this is also affected by how level your floor is (I have issues with this). As long as you don't have small children pulling on it, or overload it toward the front edge with weight you should be fine. I haven't had any "tipping" issues even with 2 rambunctious cats. Shelves have 3 heights they can be adjusted to, and the back of each section has a hole for cables. Overall, don't let the poor reviews here discourage you. This is a great value for the price, and I'm happy with my purchase. If you know what you're doing, you'll have no issues with this product!

First I just want to start off and say I really love this piece of furniture. With that said, I did run into issues with this that are worth mentioning. There are reviews on here that speak to the frustrating building experience and say the instructions are confusing. I would say the instructions are very clear but there are some crucial steps that could be put in a different order that would vastly improve the building experience and I will just tell you what they are here. Essentially, they have you mount the top to the frame early in the build process. Don’t do this. Later on you will need to screw in the door hardware into the top as well as get the doors with hinges in there as well and having top on already is a huge pain (trust me). For the magnetic door stoppers I ended up flipping the thing upside down and as for the hinges, that was the worst part of the build for me. Pretty much 90% was very easy but there basically no pre drilled holes for the hinges or the door stoppers. There were “guide holes” but nothing for the screws to bite into. Beyond that, the holes specifically only on these parts were misaligned (as to be expected with mass produced stuff like this). I was able to get through the entire build with normal hand tools and no power tools as that is what is recommended so it wasn’t the end of the world but certainly frustrating. Lastly, there are screw hole covers that come as stickers vs normal plugs you’d see. Thought that was weird but not a huge deal as it’s only on the inside of the closed cabinets and they do blend well. All in all it’s an upgrade from what I had and the value for the money is well worth it. Would definitely recommend if you are on the fence.
