Wow this rug feels so good under my bare feet I just want to stand on it and scrunch my toes in its softness. The pile is thick and soft and it is washable in my machine. It doesn't have that "old school" rubber backing on it so you won't find bits and pieces in the washer after but it does have a non-slip backing that works pretty well. The color is darker than it looks in the listing and even in the picture I took for this review - I actually like the super dark purple so much better that I'm going to buy a whole set. I love this mat for my bathroom. It is so soft and cushy. Yet very durable. The color is perfect and matches very well. The underneath is the way I like it because it holds to the floor and doesn't slip all over the place. Very happy with this purchase. Great buy!!

A decent bathroom rug, so I kept it; it's soft and it works. But it's definitely not thick. It hasn't yet been washed, and is already losing yarn. It isn't heavy enough to stay in place well, either. See my towel review to enjoy my purchasing saga. Face cloth for reference. Rug color seemed lighter online, towel color looked deeper online. I have not washed the rugs yet, so durability is not known. The rug has a rubber backing and seems non-slip and it lays flat on the floor fine.
