UPDATE: I'm updating my review from earlier this month. I was contacted directly by the Seller and was able to get a full refund for my purchase. My original review was based on the customer service and return policy for these items, not for the chair quality. I still think you should be aware of the return policy if you are buying these to test in your space but overall I'm happy with the experience and wish the chairs had worked in our kitchen. They are nice quality and really comfortable just a little big for our tight space. :) Original: I liked these chairs but they were the wrong color for our room. Tried to return or replace it with a different option but the return process is EXTREMELY difficult. Additionally, you have to pay full freight costs which end up being almost half the return amount. I wouldn't purchase from this seller - it's not worth it. ... show more
