9 XL Shrimp + 2 Tbs Walden Farms Seafood Sauce = Delicious Shrimp Cocktail! Only 90 calories, NO FAT, and 21 g of Protein! I have tried every one of the Walden Farms products and the Seafood Dipping Sauce is one of the ones that I have re-purchased over and over. It tastes exactly like regular cocktail sauce (although thinner and runnier - who cares when it has NO calories and NO fat). The horseradish and tomato taste is great! Some of the other Walden Farms products have to be doctored up to achieve the right flavor (like Amazin' Mayo requires 1/2 cup of freshly-squeezed lemon juice + 2 Tbs of Sambal Chili Paste, etc.). But the seafood dipping sauce is great as-is! As far as price - it's true that Walden Farms condiments, marinades, and sauces are more costly than their counterparts on grocery store shelves but look at the calories, fat, carbs, and sugars in those other items. I bought this to make a spinach Alfredo pizza. It is garbage! It hardly had any flavor. It was like water there was no thickness to it like a sauce. It ruined my pizza Even after I added a ton of cornstarch to try and thicken it. Do yourself a favor and get real Alfredo sauce.

I am currently doing the HcG Diet and cannot have anything extra with calories, fat, or sugar. This barbeque sauce is perfect!!! I used it last night and WOW! It tastes so good! It's not thick like traditional bbq sauce, but it is for dieters. It's sweetened with Sucralose which is an HCG diet no-no, however I didn't stall. It is tangy, sweet, and barbequey. I couldn't ask for more. I have tried Walden Farms Balsamic Vinagrette (which is good), the Honey Dijon (yuck), the Sesame Ginger (so-so), the Ranch (yuck), Peanut Spread (sweet, but not peanut butter tasting), and the Blueberry Jam (good) and I have to say that so far this is the best that they have to offer for dieters. I don't understand the 1 stars people are leaving (they probably aren't really dieting!). My coworkers who are also doing the HCG Diet along with me LOVE this bbq sauce, they almost stole my bottle. As part of a general calorie avoidance routine, I have successfully used the Walden Farms zero calorie products for pancake syrup and salad dressing. Now adding zero calorie BBQ sauce!

    • Loved the pasta sauce, liked the garlic and herb but disliked the alfredo one.

I think the headline says it all but I'll try to be more specific. Pasta sauce: It was my favorite! It was so so so good it could not believe it was zero calories, I had it with konjac noodles and even my sister that never eats diet food liked it. You can add some garlic powder and stock and it tastes even better! You can play a lot with it! Garlic and herb: It doesn't taste like I thought it was going to taste but it was still pretty good, It tastes more like italian vinagrette but I like that so I was ok with that. I made some "garlic bread" with it and it tasted pretty amazing, I use it for salads and to marinate things. Alfredo sauce: Hated it, I feel some people might like it but I hated it, the texture was runny like jello that was out of the fridge for too long, the color was very very weird and not white or creamy at all! it doesn't stick to the pasta and the taste it's really fake.Like those products you try and immediately know its a zero calorie product, and it also leaves a very weird after taste ... show more
