I have to admit that I was skeptical about this particular sauce. It was KFC which prompted me to try it and I found out that Capital City Mambo Sauce came in "mild" & "hot", I was mesmerized so this will be my #1 sauce! 😊

I wish I could say it was bad so you would go away and leave more for me. This sauce is spot on ! It hits every point i want. I use it on every thing and i mean everything. Thick sweet and tangy. Clings well for great BBQ meats. Fish--off the hook. There is not enough to say other than its great. The only draw back, the price ! being I go though a bottle once a week , it becomes expensive at 11.00 a bottle. I wish they had gallon jugs and a price that was easy on the pocket book. You have a winner but please, work on the price so that us hooked on it can feed our habit with out killing the bank. IT'S GREAT BUY IT ! ... show more

The sauce is very good I put it on everything my only complaint was the container didn't have a cap so it doesn't dry out. I have my in a zip lock but it should have a cap.

I bought this for chicken after a trip to Washington DC. I fell in love with it. It's fabulous on chicken, but also pork and beef. I would eat it on my shoe :).
