It’s very comfortable & soft. It doesn’t have the sharp hard wire in it so I can bend & move around. I think you’d have to really work out or wear it around the clock to achieve your desired look due to the fact that’s it’s soft & stretchy it’s not really tucking much.

I believe I got this size in either a XS or Small and purchased and used since September 2024 so a year now. It’s good for the price. It’s breathable if you’re looking to be able to breathe fine. The quality is fine it’s stretchy. I wear it during my shifts and sometimes it bundles up on the sides and kinda hurts when bending but I believe most shapewear does that. Waist size I’m a 25 or size 0 and I can’t remember if it was an XS or Small but if you definitely want a tight fit that feels like it’s actually snatching I’d say the XS like go smaller. For me it kinda just feels like a compression around my waist rather than being squeezed but maybe that’s a good thing I’m not sure. ... show more

I’ve worn fajas and waist trainers my whole life — if you want that hourglass shape, don’t expect it to be comfortable. They’re designed to make you look snatched, not cozy. It works pretty well, however, I should've taken the Large size as it can be a bit tight.. when I lose more weight, then I can move onto this size... will keep it and work towards.
