I had abdominal surgery the 1st of the year, the hospital gave me 3 waist bands and I ordered 2 additional ones( I later returned one of them). They all were bulky under my clothes and heavy in feeling. They made me sweat. When I took them off my stomach felt like it weighed a ton. To sleep in them made things worse, but I needed the support. I had been searching for the perfect support while recuperating. I came cross this waist trainer. I was skeptical because of the low reviews but I thought for $12, why not. Some of the more expensive ones look good but do not work. When I say I am indeed shocked, pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with my purchase. It is very firm but light weight, has a breathable material not bulky like my others. It reduces a lot of pressure on my abdominal area, not a lot of pressure when I take it off or put it on. It's been times when I have forgotten that I had it on, and not to mention it also helps that it slims down the waist area. It is a little big, but it has multiple adjustment loops, so that is a bonus. I have since returned to work and walking around on the hospital floors, this is just what I needed. I have since ordered 2 more. I highly recommend. It is affordable, slims you down and it works.

I am short waisted and this fit perfect. There is no digging with the boning or anything. I like that there are 3 sets of sizing hooks. It is lightweight and I have been able to wear all day with no issues.

I bought this many years ago, used it a lot to also support my back pain. You can wear it under a T-shirt and you won't be able to tell you have it on. I highly recommend to buy this waist trainer. If you are on the heavy side you might try getting the biggest size they have. I am size 14 and ordered 5X just to make sure it's not tight. The good thing about this trainer is you can start from row1 and move up to row6. If you are normally 2X American size even if you get 4X it would be still tight because the sizing were made for Chinese women; small and petite and modeled on American sizes. I bought so many waist trainers before three times more of the cost, just to try it and all of them are in a box for donation. This is my favorite.

The material is cheap it broke the second or 3rd day of me putting it on I’m not big I promise the metal just started popping out one by one and poking me so I threw it away but it’s not expensive so I can’t complain.
