The quality of the 1st waist trainer was great, sturdy, and unworn. I ordered this item in XL but it was way too big. So I had to return it. The quality was so nice I ordered another one in a large. I expected the same quality but the 2nd one that I ordered was either worn or had a defect. The sides were also not structured and sturdy like the first one I ordered. *Pros: I liked the material and construction of this product. Good quality. The best thing about this corset is: it is higher in the top back, so I didn't get that little bulge between corset and bra. I wish more corsets had this feature. *Cons: It wasn't as long as pictured in the front if you have a long torso. I'm 5'9. *Most importantly: this is for smaller people. I read that it ran small, so I ordered an XL. It didn't even come close to fitting. For reference: my other corsets are a large. I don't even think an XXL would fit. This is the best shapewear I've ever tried. It really does pull everything into a beautiful shape. I will say though that I don't think I would wear this every day. I think this is best paired with a dress that is thick enough to cover the lines from the boning, I don't recommend it for like casual wear. It would be perfect for prom, a wedding, or something else. My measurements are 36 underbust, 32 waist, 44 hips, and I got a large. These waist trainers run small! According to the size chart I should fit in a medium to large just fine but sized up got an xl but it barely fits once on it does give nice lower back support though. Would highly recommend sizing up when purchasing
